You can always close the porch in. Make the master bedroom there. That's what I would do.

Elaine Inman I don’t know how people don’t love the outdoors! I have an outdoor bed so I can watch the stars at night..as far a bugs and snakes there is a fantastic product called screen to keep bugs out.. if you live in a buggy area, you screen in the outdoor room.
I do wish someone would decide to either NEVER put cabinets above a refrigerator, or make it so the frig is "behind" the cupboard so We (me, actually) can use them.

Not sure if I can live in a tiny home, but I stay up all night watching vids of them. They really interest me.
This is what the mobile home industry needs to do with the outside of their homes..get away from cheap siding.... put more of a overhang on the houses.... for this tiny house..it's awesome....but I still would use windows and inclose the porch as a sunroom with doors that open up to have more living space.... add my own porches....but it's very nice guys...yall will take over the industry ...love what u guys are doing anyway.....thank u

Yeah I agree. The mobile home industry is stuck in the '70's and '80's as far as the exteriors are concerned.

As an avid tiny house viewer, this is one of the best tiny houses I’ve ever seen! I’ve never seen a tiny house with 2 bathrooms or 2 bedrooms on the first floor, LIKE WHAT!!!! Gorgeous and the layout is something I’ve never seen before!!! I would love to see more! This is the first of its kind of seen! This definitely stands out from other tiny house channels I follow. ❣️❗️ you could continue showing tiny houses to tap into the tiny house community here on CZcams :) I’m not kidding when I say this is probably the most luxurious tiny home I’ve ever seen on CZcams. I’m subscribed to many tiny house channels and none of them have access to tiny homes like these! Would love to see more !!

This is a large tiny home. They did not skimp on materials. Love the ship lap walks, the wood ceilings and OMG technically 3 bedrooms and a nicely arranged kitchen. Plenty of windows placed perfectly. Thank you Chance.

I love how many sleeping spaces there are in this home! Tiny homes normally do not have two bathrooms or more than two sleeping areas. This place is amazing!!

Chance, We love this little home. My husband and I are going to be empty nesters soon after raising six children. We been surrounded by children our whole marriage. Now we are interested in downsizing into a tiny home. This model is really beautiful. I’ve always wanted a nice porch too. Plus love that the master in on the first floor. You didn’t mention how much something like this one is. Can you share the ballpark price?

Get the eggs ready! Lol , for me I couldn't do the upstairs being so close to the ceiling, being in a cramped space. This would be great as a summer type home, but this works out great for lots of people downsizing. Great video!!

Pantry for me. I'm a foodie. So, I still need the big pantry and kitchen. This brand manufacturer seems to have done a very good job on these. They look well-made.
I was thinking the same thing. There's no clothes storage in the master bedroom. Otherwise I think it would be a great home or one person or as a vacation home.
This is set up for vacationing. Get a little piece of land on a lake and spend your weekends there with this one. Most of the time you will spend outdoors swimming, playing, and BBQing. Thanks for sharing
I’m actually addicted to tiny homes! I watch a ton of videos on them to get some ideas for my shed. We live in a small single wide so i want my adult daughter to have somewhere nice to stay when she comes to visit me.

I watch a lot of tiny home tours. My favorite channel is 'Living Big In A Tiny House.' The tour is done by Bryce (I can't remember his last name) & his girlfriend, Rasa, is very involved, too. He's from New Zealand and goes all over the world filming tiny homes and interviewing the residents. He is the MOST knowledgeable person I've ever heard or watched when it comes to tiny homes. Check him out. Tell him I sent you!
I don't like this tiny home because the kitchen is way too small. I do like the first floor master. One of the most important features of a tiny home is storage. It's often under beds, couches, stairs, floors, even in the ceiling. Anyone considering a tiny home needs to know about the available storage. Often there are dishwasher drawers. Is the toilet flushing or composting? What kind of water heater and where is it? Insulation? Type of heating and cooling? I saw a mini-split in this one, the living room I believe. How large or small is the stovetop, fridge, oven, microwave? Is it equipped for off-grid living? Watch Bryce. Here's a link to a nice one:

Living Big in a Tiny House is the best channel besides Minimaliste that I watch .Bryce Langston is one of the best presenters of the tiny home movement and not only does he do presentations he also has a tiny home in New Zealand so he definitely knows what he shows.And as far as this tiny home is concerned I would have preferred a double gooseneck . More headroom for the bedrooms.

I absolutely love tiny homes, and the way some of them are made now a days is beautiful.
I figure why spend 200 hundred thousand dollars for a home that’s to big for me now that every one has moved out when I can pay 80 to 90 thousand for a home I can move mostly anywhere I want to live.
I know they are not for everyone, but the older I get the more I gravitate towards a tiny home instead of a apartment now a days, and it’s mine. Plus the tiny home community is rapidly growing everywhere.
I love your channel, and some of the mobile homes are amazing. Its really makes it hard for me to choose. I was watching recreational resort cottages, they show a lot of tiny homes, and making comparisons between mobile homes and tiny homes. Trying to make up my mind before the end of the year which one I’m going to purchase. Thanks for sharing this one.

You know what's sad? 10 years ago my ex and I priced and tried to get a mortgage for a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living room, 2 fireplace, fully stocked with appliances prefab, with sewer, water, gas, and power all setup on the land, as well as a permanent foundation with a built in garage and it was $99k. This thing was gorgeous and very upscale. Now that's the cost for a tiny home.
I’ve been looking at tiny homes for the past year. My son and his wife bought a tiny home and did a lot of the finished work. First tiny home I’ve ever seen and been in. I’ll be purchasing a tiny home for my self in a few years. This home is awesome. The space is great! Love love it!!! Thank you for showing us this home.
I love the whole tiny house concept. It's not for me, but I love to see what people do with minimalism. This house is terrific. I like that they have actual stairs not just ladders.

The upstairs would be my storage, office and hobby room. The little bedroom would have to be my closet. Add a little dishwasher and a small island for storage, counter space and a place to eat, and you’re set. Loved the porch.

I have seen many tiny homes, but this one is truly the best layout in my opinion. I just found my dream, but I would want 2, summer home and a winter home.

Yes, please! More of the tiny houses! I would also love to see RV tours. My hubby and I are newly retired and will be selling/getting rid of our accumulated "stuff" and selling our sticks and bricks home soon. We plan on touring the USA and Canada (if they will let us in..haha!)

Tiny homes interest me a lot.
Point #1, parked on a BUSY highway. Zero noise when inside. Means GOOD insulation. Apartment sized stove/oven, no problem since I'm approaching retirement, alone. Love the shiplap. Ship this bad boy to the great Pacific Northwest, please. I'll give you a free long term survey.
What a great, tiny house! 2 bdrms and a bath and a half on the bottom?! I really like the layout.
This is actually pretty cute. I like the tiny bed nook in the downstairs guest room. Would be perfect for my offspring. Especially if he also had the upstairs to run amok. Lol. Living area is VERY tiny, but, if you are looking at tiny homes, that is expectable and it has a nice porch area you can spread out into. I could deal with it.
I've always liked the idea of going tiny. I currently have an rv trailer that I'm fixin to move into. My husband on the other hand... Not a fan, he wants space.
This tiny house is great compared to others I've seen. I would get rid of the loft. Keep the second bedroom but nix the half bath. I would use that space for storage or additional kitchen space.

Upstairs it’s crawling, no way. Why not extend to a normal Hieght atleast 6’ft.

Well you wouldn’t have to! There are ✌🏻, count them ✌🏻 bedrooms on the main floor! I’m sure you could order one without a loft. Some manufacturers are like that!
I agree. If you did away with the loft, your kitchen could be larger and the ceilings taller, making it feel much less claustrophobic.
One of the best use of spaces I've seen very spacious too for being a tiny home love it more like this home

@@connieh.4689 Thanks. Expensive compared to some of the 3-bed, 2-bath single-wides, which are significantly roomier and more practical. Still with the front porch, this would make a great holiday/weekend home, or an everyday home for a single, or parent who shares custody of a child or two every other weekend, or maybe even for a couple, especially somewhere where the weather is good most of the year so you can dine outside on the porch pretty much year round.
@@nigel.w YW...I have been following enough of these tiny houses, mobile homes, etc...to realize that the price is also based on the quality of materials, as much as the square footage. Being a single gal this would appeal to me. I live on Mississippi Coast, so weather not a problem. LOL...80+, 10 months of the year :/
@@connieh.4689 In your circumstances, it seems like this might be a very nice option for you if/when you have a nice plot of land to put it on. And I'm sure you're right re quality of materials. Although I think it worth saying that I did see videos of a 3 bed and a four bed version of the same house offered by different dealers, and the dealer offering the 3 bed was asking nearly 40k more than the dealer offering the 4 bed was asking. Builder and plan name was the same. Same house, except the one had an extra bedroom, full bathroom, and a small study space at the back of the kitchen. So it definitely pays to shop around and compare what deals a few dealers are offering/prepared to offer. Best of luck to you.

A tiny home is actually the way I want to go. Getting a large parcel of land, then my sons could actually get their own and we could all work our property together. I actually watch recreational resort cottages here from Texas. Mr Tiny Timm’s does a great job giving out details.

I really enjoyed this “tiny house” tour. And I would also enjoy RV tours. I like tiny homes ,but if one caught on fire and some one was in that top part, they may die coz there is no safe way out during a fire. I would enjoy seeing more tiny house tours, but unless I had no other choice, I would NEVER live in a tiny house coz I think they would be a death trap if they ever caught on fire. A lot of tiny homes have left windows specially made to escape from the house during a fire, and in some places they have to have them by law.
That's why Incredible Tiny Homes has sprinklers and a egress window to get out.

We have a Fifth Wheel set up at a campground which is our Summer home which you have to buy the lot in Virginia. But this home reminds me of a park model that our friends have at the campground.

I have always wanted a tiny house since I was a young teenager. I had a great Aunt that lived in a small home on her farm. At first she didn't have running water . I am 64years old so you know now along I wanted to live in a tiny home

I’m disabled and these types of tiny homes are my absolute dream! I would be able to be independent and have something to call my own. All I need is a bedroom, accessible bathroom, a place for a small couch and TV, and a place to cook. I love seeing tours of tiny homes and I love all the homes that you show on this channel!

i have always loved tiny homes the things they can do with these are amazing.
I love this tiny home, it has so much character. However, in my own option I’d rather use the half bathroom as a storage. I wouldn’t include the loft either due to bad knees, that would save space as well. Other then that, too cute ❣️

The Tiny Homes are cool. this one had nice set up. sleep 5 to 6 comfortably. This we be a great vacation or camp house if you have other property. Love to see more.

We used to have a “Park Model” at a campgrounds and loved it. This is nice but I don’t like how when you walk in the door you’re in the kitchen.
I agree with others,...not liking kitchen right when you walk in the front door.
Great for a holiday/weekend home. Love the generous porch. Could also see it as a home for a single or even a couple, which is why two toilets is great. I personally could not share a house with anyone if only one toilet.
However, I think it's just a little too small for a main home for most couples. Wouldn't need to be that much bigger, though... A full bath instead of a half-bath. Another small bedroom to give more storage options, in addition to the low-level loft. And, essential for me, would be a bigger living area. Need to be able to comfortably get in a recliner, a two-seater couch and another lounge chair, as well as a clever two-seat dining table, expandable to a four-seater. Okay, yeah, significantly roomier, but also significantly less compromised as an everyday home.
