@@Gordons1888 Unfortunately all the helmets have been sold already. :( Shame I didn't film much of the sculpting process. Basically you start with a square foam block. Then you remove the big parts and hold the template next to it all the time as reference and keep making smoother. When you have the basic shape you start to add all the details and edges etc.
