      PPL trains every body part twice a week, you can do that but just once. And keep one day for cardio.

      You should join the gym and focus on building muscle and strength. Focus on good balanced diet instead of protein powders

    Dont ignore this comment please 🥺Sir please explain progressive overload in a complete way...mtlv..kya ham progressive overload hafte dar hafte kr skte hai jese...ppl split h usme 1 hafte m push m jo bhi exercises h , fir pull day m jo bhi exercises kri or legs m jo bhi kri...kya unme hm just ek hafte bad weight ya reps barda skte hai ?
