Amazing amount of equipment. I am spoiled having a powerhouse gym a half mile from my house that gives its members 24/7 access. It is so nice to have a bar code on my phone that gives me access to the gym after hours. My routine is up at 2 am, eat breakfast and be in the gym by 3:30 am. I lift everyday, no days off.

One thing I really like is the amount of light. My gym is all black walls, floors, equipment as well but it's rather dark. All the natural lighting helps a lot!

One day working on it. It's obviously my fave hahaha
Defo look into the Panatta Hip Thrust mate (both plate/pin versions), instead of/ aswell as the Nautilus Glute Drive. More adjustable, less stress on the pelvis/midsection - often a limiting factor for smaller girls making fast gains etc. Overall - more accessible, easier to keep overloading, superior piece of kit. Potentially slightly less ROM at the bottom if she's tiny, but wins in all other aspects.
I should add - I train 80% girls - I'm only speaking from experience. Fucking palace 👏
