This is the most helpful explanation of protein I have ever come across. Thank you!!! I have been plant-based for years and just recently started drinking a protein shake. I definitely was NOT getting enough protein before and I still want to amp it up, but points for progress! I also love tofu, chickpeas, lentils, black beans and nutritional yeast for protein sources.

Thank you! Make sure you’re getting all of your essential amino acids in, there are BCAA drinks/supplements out there if you want to make sure

I definitely love eating chopped chunks of meat in my rice except now I'm thinking to go for the turkey breasts you recommended . So I wanted to ask what's you're intake on Mixing fish in your diet do you think its good to eat fish and meat together or just stick to one or the other? ( by the way your video was resourceful I really think your videos give me more of a catalogue of awareness for food consumption so props to you)

I love fish! I think you should eat whatever protein source you enjoy the most and if you really want to hit a target then on a day you may have eaten lower protein, have a good with more protein for dinner or if you got a lot in during the day then you don’t need to worry about having a meat/fish that is packed with protein. I love canned tuna as an easy way to get 30-40 grams (plus more when you est it with cheese and Flackers )

@LoWithoutLimits @LoWithoutLimits I can't lie to you even though I'm from the UK and have never heard of flackers I think they're a go to especially with the tuna and goats cheese you recommended in the video it really sounds like a scrumptious replacement on some days , soo ill keep my eye out for that one and try to order them thanks ! (Thank you for all the advice it's soo good)
