I have read that it is 0.8-1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight. If this is true, that would be less protein than the amounts x body weight in pounds. But I always hear .0.8-1.2 g of protein per lb of body weight. What do you think? And I really enjoy the content you create. Thank you!

There is not! It depends on the person and if they prefer a high carb or higher fat diet.. usually the remaining calories are split between carbs and fata

Does this rule apply to heavier people? I weigh about 200lbs and I don't think I can do 200g of protein per day. It's so filling.
Should I go based off my ideal body weight? (About 155 for my height).
lotta different information out there but you're prob fine with just going 1g of Protein per lb of lean body mass especially if your overweight
