How I Eat 225g of Protein Per Day
Vložit
- čas přidán 14. 05. 2023
- This is how I eat 225 plus grams of protein per day
I typically start my day with a cup of coffee that has a tablespoon and a half of grass-fed beef gelatin and a couple of ounces of milk which probably comes out to being about 13-14 grams of protein total.
I also eat 1 oz of grass-fed beef liver which is about 6 grams of protein
For lunch, I have three grass-fed beef patties which are about 26g of protein each, and about 4 oz of some raw, pecarino romano cheese. This comes out to a total of about 105 grams of protein
For dinner, I typically have three quarters of a pound to a pound of meat and a pound of grass-fed tri-tip is about 120g of protein. So we're looking at about 100 grams of protein
Add it all up and we’re looking at between 230 and 240 grams of protein

No guys it’s not excessive he’s actually 12 ft tall and 600 lbs
😂
I genuinely think that's great but I'd end up getting broke after the 2nd day
For real 😂😂😂
You can do that for $100 a week
I eat 200g approx protein a day, but it comes from a variety of sources like turkey or chicken breast, salmon fillet, lentils etc.
Anything more then 200 will be shitted out anyways so good job
@@d4v1dolmao no it won’t captain misinformation.
@@cdubs2697I keep reading that we can't utilize that much protein.
What is the real truth
No veggies?
Here’s the problem for some of us…. I live in a rural area (mid-west), where I can get the best beef! However, when it comes to raw milk, not your basic veggies & fruit, cheeses and soooo many other things, I have to drive 3 hours to get it 😮🫤 But if I had the discipline you do with diet and exercise… I’d probably drive those 3 hours once a month!!! 🤟🏻😎
Raw dairy is very dangerous as contains neurotoxins like ecoli which if you get you won’t be doing any driving !
What’s your ferritin levels?
Oh, he's fertin up a storm..trust me
@@RoscoVortex😅😅
Why?
I do 200g protein a day, but cheaper with it. 400g skinless chicken breast (120g protein), 500g egg whites (50g protein), and whatever else I eat like green yogurt, cheese, almonds, cereal with high protein milk, turkey ham sandwiches, usually help me get that extra 30g of protein I need to get 200g of protein a day.
That sounds disgusting, eat beef.
Can you do a video that shows us how much each of these protein intakes actually look like on a plate for perspective, because most of us don’t know what X amount of grams or ounces of cheese or beef look like to reference in our own diets. This would truly help out a lot. 🙏
Buy a small scale, I've bought one for 10$ super useful
Get a scale. Play with it. Weigh things until you get a general idea. It’s amazing how much you will learn about what you’re eating
This man has the best diet, actually understands nutrition, it seems.
Uhhh if the best diet is handicapping your insulin system, overloading your kidney via uric acid, & way overdoing protein then yes perfect😎.
@@jaredf"handicapping insulin" doesn't really exist most people are insulin resistant because they shovel endless carbohydrates down their throat😂
The best diet is Mediterranean. This guy is just doing this to promote himself. Ask a carnivore for a single RCT.
Hahaha The dude doesn't know what he's talking about and doesn't have credentials. Do you just agree with him because you like the taste of the foods he's recommending?
@@jaredf fool.
Carnivore-based diets sound healthy compared to most, but it seems crazy expensive. You add in fresh fruits and veg to this and you're looking at like $200 for a week just for one person.
I have been vegan, vegetarian, and did the standard chicken and rice bro diet guy, for the last 3 years I have been animal based, 95% of my calories are meat, fruit and honey make up the rest. Of all these diets the meat based is the lowest by far.
My wife and I spend about 180 a week all in.
We used to spend 200 each.
Sams clubs meat averages 5.25 a lbs. We eat about 2.5 lbs a day, that about 12.5 a day. 84 a week??? Nah, gee, butter, spices and fruit puts it at about 180.
I'm 220 and powerlift and consume bout 1.85 bs of meat a day, my wife the rest.
At first I ate a lot of steak which is pretty pricey, now I thoroughly enjoy a bowl full of ground beef. I buy a big pack at Costco at $4 per pound it’s great and can feed a family of four at least three times maybe four if you add in some eggs
Beef heart is delicious and only like $3/lb if you can find it
$3/lb beef at Aldi. contains lots of fat. easy to get calories and protein in cheaply
Its the cheapest way to eat tbh ive had some 3000 cal days for under 10 haha
everyone who says its cheap... you are buying trash quality
I’ve learned to invest in my health and you are so awesome and you’ve changed my life 💜🌺🍀
Dude just reppin Big Beef
How much can you absorb from one meal? Aren’t you poooping out most of the tritip?
I eat 50 g of protein a day. Im pretty muscular and all my blood work is always great. One day this amount of protein will show how unhealthy it is
Yea that’s not how it works you didn’t mention your weight but unless you weigh 50 pounds you are most certainly under eating protein you will meet that deficiency might just take a while
This man eats my paycheck a day. If you can't avoid grass fed beef, it's fine to make up the difference with whey protein.
I eat the same but my damn LDL is high. I know the LDL myth but my apo b is high. Everything else is perfect. Low blood pressure, low triglycerides, low a1c, low bmi, just the damn ldl.
You're fine. keep it up.
High LDL is linked to increased risk of cardiovascular events. Don’t listen to these morons trying to kill you. Eat Mediterranean and thank me for saving you life while these carnivore clowns get heart attacks.
I’m trying to get 150 g of protein per day, but it’s a struggle because I get too full. I am male 5-8 150 lbs.
I’m about the same size and you on really need 1.2- 1.7gram per kilo so like you only need like 100 grams unless you are cutting
Me too and I am a large man at 270.
When you get full from protein, are you still eating carbs on top of that? If not, thats OK, your body takes what it needs. Just make sure every time you are hungry, you reach for protein and fat, and not carbs or sugar.
@@YK-yw4jp The point is you can’t eat more than you can burn
What do you eat we are the same weight and height
Hmm yessss the CEO of nutrient diversity
Do you eat vegetables?
I watched the video 3 times and interacted with it, let’s hope it blows up!
Breakfast #1,
ACV, coffee with heavy cream add coconut oil,
full fat Greek yogurt with berries and a little raw honey.
Breakfast #2,
3 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 sausage.
Lunch ,
Two small thin steak’s and a protein shake ( 100% whey isolate, 1/2 a banana and 1/2 an avocado mixed with raw whole milk.
Dinner,
Hamburger patties, with melted raw cheddar over a bed of tomato and red onion…
I basically eat this every single day…
Raw milk? That's like $17 a gallon
It’s worth the money.
Why you eat that amount of protein?
Can you make a video on protein in grams in cooked weight vs uncooked weight I think I’m weighing this wrong
I supplement with protein powder.
I did this for a few months, and my cholesterol went up a lot.
Thats fine cholesterol is a none issue. Half the people with heart attacks have high ldl the other half has low ldl. Its a none issue. Also high ldl is correlated with lower all cause mortality
Heart and bloom vessel rosk comes more from you triglyceride to HDL ratio. Cholesterolu is necessary for every hormone, most metabolic processes. Sex hormones, stress hormones, vitamin D3...
Do some reading, there is no proven causation between cholesterol and coronary heart diseases. It is in the guidelines because statins are one of the most profitable medicine categories, so there is an huge financial advantage to keep the cholesterol fear alive.
so?
The cause of heart disease is not native cholesterol, it is oxidized cholesterol.
And the cost per day is???
$100 😂
Amazing routine!! ♥️🥩♥️
Isn't excessive protein very hard on the kidneys??? Thats what I always thought anyways. Is there ANY protein powder you would recommend. I like my smoothies.
Not if you eat with fats .
My guy eats 3-4 times the protein I eat. Yet I am way bigger then him😂
Keto for life🦍
What’s your opinion on cottage cheese?
Dairy protein and probiotics, add some honey…👍👍👍
I eat pretty close to this and people think it makes you constipated but it's actually the opposite and I have perfect poops. The only time I'd be constipated or bloated is when I eat certain vegetables or any processed food.
great video!
It’s so strange same happens to me with veggies and legumes.. that’s why I stick with dairy and meats
I tried high protein
My acid level was up in my nose. I'd nvr experienced this b4. I cldnt do it.
I'm a veggies fruit person.
My sinuses were aching and burning 🔥 so bad.
What’s the point of raw milk if you’re going to put it in hot coffee and basically cook it anyway
What happened to fiber? I have no gallbladder & take a statin already! I’m big on protein but…….? I’ve been
Chia seeds are your friend.
how do you feel about things like garlic, ginger, onions, etc?

Why do you need that much protein though. Just isn’t practical
Definitely not necessary.
It’s less protein. The calculation is wrong.
He does look great, and gives great information. But how doU cleans?? Romaine baby spinach….etc??
A SALAD SPINNER
What vegetables do you eat?
Do you ever eat fruits or vegetables?
He eats fruit and rarely eats vegetables

Hi Tim, i am in Canada. Our beef is not butchered into the same cuts as in the States. Example what is tritip?? I happen to know but at the butcher or grocery store we dont have that cut. HELP..O NEED TO LOSE 20 LBS TO lose LOSE T2D. Thanks
Hi, What kind of supplements or digestive enzymes you use to consume all the protein from the meat.?
Why so much protein? Maybe around 180-190 grams should do it right?
Bro’s coffee is a protein shake
hey man I was wondering have you ever used collagen instead of gelatine?
I understand the diet ,but I'm Confused about your conversions from oz. & POUND to grams! Other than that a lot of us were wondering what and how much protein you take so we could learn too,and this clarifies that. Thank you 🥩🧀🥛
I think 500 grams is 18 oz. I work around that.
This dude rocks. I doubt his body can actually use 240g of protein a day but hey who knows. One day I’ll upgrade from ground beef and pasteurized milk to a steak and raw milk💜
It's really not hard to eat 239g of protein! 😅
No vegetables at all..home grown tomatoes, squash, sweet onions‼😋
Red meats and fish (None) help 911😮
105 grams of protein in one meal is outrageous . Your body can only absorb 30g in one meal
No eggs?
Do you eat veggies and fruit?
This guy eats good! But I’ll sub the gelatin powder for good old fashioned eggs for breakfast.
How is your cholesterol? Since I went kept mine is increasing.
Usually this means you need to detox your liver if your cholesterol is going up eating a meat heavy diet.
Epsom salt baths, salt water flushes, liver supporting supplements, drinking enough water daily, castor oil packs on top of your liver, dry sauna for 15-30 minutes are some ways you can help aid your liver in detoxing. I am on this liver detox journey myself.
You want it nice and high
Cholesterol is not inherently bad. Oxidized cholesterol is what causes heart disease, and an oxLDL test is the best way currently to assess such.
@@sophie.v. That is a lot of malarkey
@Robert Yup. Fiber is essential for longevity.
I'd love to talk to guys like him in a decade or two. There is absolutely no need to consume so much protein unless you are an elite athlete, but what do I know 😅
How much carbs do you eat per day how much is your total calorie intake? What sort of exercises you do? It should be around 1.2 to 2.0 gram of protein per body weight per day
isn’t red meat inflammatory/cancer causing?
Oh that cup of coffee is serious bro
Eating like a king 🤴
Yeah, like the ones that died from gout disease at 40
What was all the beef fed? Sorry I missed it.
I wonder why you never talk about eating fish / seafood.
because it's laden with heavy metals
Well surely you can find healthier options just like the way he suggests "grass-fed" when it comes to beef.
This is how i get 200 grams of protein .
I eat 1kg chickpeas which comes around 190-200 gm
Why do you take the gelatin powder
How do you get your beef liver?
Why would you eat that much protein ?
But, what is your body weight? Are you keto or carnivore?
Bro is gonna die before 50 😂
the problem with eatling like that is you can only absorb a certain amount of protein per meal, around 40 grams on avg. beyond that you dont really retain
it gets converted into glucose and stored as fat if you eat an excess.
@@TehLiquid converted into glucose
Bro has beef with anything thats not beef 💀
No way!! You are overestimating how many grams of protein are in those burgers unless they are like 4 inches thick. That cup
if coffee with beef collagen and raw milk is no way 18g. You’re probably at 200 or less with the foods you mentioned. And for your size and natural status its overkill. You need more carbs.
What I think is you’re rich. Lol! Affording that much grass fed beef is impressive! 😂
Did bro just say his mornibg coffee has 18 grams of protein?
He adds two tablespoons of beef gelatin to his coffee.
How tall are u and how much do you weight??? I have a friend who’s 17 weighting approximately 80 Kilos and he’s devouring about 250 grams of protein, not on steroids
Honestly, this amount of protein is excessive unless you’re jacked and weight 240+lbs
4 ounces of cheese is 105 grams of protein? Seems high.
Ok I bought beef gelatin but i read that it denatures it in hot water???
How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
You don't need that much protein. Approximately .8 to 1.2 grams per lbs of lean body weight is all you need. Don't waste your money, protein is expensive.
Whatever you’re doing ... it’s working ... that’s what I think.
Thanks
You ate 100 Grams of Protein in one meal?
Tell me how many times he said “grass fed”
Wow. Just trying to process all this.
What r your thoughts on Protein powder?
He doesn’t discourage it in other videos
@@Godblessed2 I guess if it is good quality, it is okay.
Dr. Bosworth explains this well. Eat protein in it's natural form at best. Our ancestors did not eat whey powder, protein powders.
Your average protein powders have dextrose, seed oils, natural flavors and bad acids, etc. If you can find a powder with none of those in there, I don't see why you shouldn't consume it.
I hope this guy gets some fiber in his diet! I'd be backed up for a month with that much meat a day
As just had tortilla chips for dinner. The scoop kind. I don’t feel guilty.
The question is do you need that much protein per day?
Ok why though?
You do realize that 125 g is less than 8 ounces, which is half a pound? I need a couple of steaks a day and you’re done so I don’t know why all of this protein powder in my coffee etc. etc. But OK to each his own
Typically ill eat 60 to 90g of protein dont need that muuch
What grocery bill look like?
I live in Ireland and hearing "Grass fed" is weird cause all the cows here are grass fed 😂 we just say Beef
That is a lot of gas!,😳🤣💥
Eating mainly meat reduces gas significantly. Though I don't eat a lot of eggs.
Do you eat any salad greens or vegetables?
Nah thats just toxins water
Yeah he talked about the benefits of eating greens like broccoli, cauli, and spinach.
Thanks!
Is that beef liver cooked or not
Human body can absorb that much protein at one time.
Why though? Your not even that massive i dont understand
