How I Eat 225g of Protein Per Day

  • This is how I eat 225 plus grams of protein per day
I typically start my day with a cup of coffee that has a tablespoon and a half of grass-fed beef gelatin and a couple of ounces of milk which probably comes out to being about 13-14 grams of protein total.
I also eat 1 oz of grass-fed beef liver which is about 6 grams of protein
For lunch, I have three grass-fed beef patties which are about 26g of protein each, and about 4 oz of some raw, pecarino romano cheese. This comes out to a total of about 105 grams of protein
For dinner, I typically have three quarters of a pound to a pound of meat and a pound of grass-fed tri-tip is about 120g of protein. So we're looking at about 100 grams of protein
Add it all up and we’re looking at between 230 and 240 grams of protein

Here’s the problem for some of us…. I live in a rural area (mid-west), where I can get the best beef! However, when it comes to raw milk, not your basic veggies & fruit, cheeses and soooo many other things, I have to drive 3 hours to get it 😮🫤 But if I had the discipline you do with diet and exercise… I’d probably drive those 3 hours once a month!!! 🤟🏻😎

I do 200g protein a day, but cheaper with it. 400g skinless chicken breast (120g protein), 500g egg whites (50g protein), and whatever else I eat like green yogurt, cheese, almonds, cereal with high protein milk, turkey ham sandwiches, usually help me get that extra 30g of protein I need to get 200g of protein a day.

No way!! You are overestimating how many grams of protein are in those burgers unless they are like 4 inches thick. That cup
if coffee with beef collagen and raw milk is no way 18g. You’re probably at 200 or less with the foods you mentioned. And for your size and natural status its overkill. You need more carbs.

You don't need that much protein. Approximately .8 to 1.2 grams per lbs of lean body weight is all you need. Don't waste your money, protein is expensive.

Dr. Bosworth explains this well. Eat protein in it's natural form at best. Our ancestors did not eat whey powder, protein powders.

Your average protein powders have dextrose, seed oils, natural flavors and bad acids, etc. If you can find a powder with none of those in there, I don't see why you shouldn't consume it.
