      Absolutely, a lot of very obese people have the typical physical signs with Cushing's syndrome. Sometimes can be driven by tumours that need not even are cancerous aside of extended stress, anxiety etc.

    Hiiii I’m a 13 and a half year old dying to loose fat plz help me Tim ur the one I tried carnivore Failed that two times after 3 days I tried a caloric defient I felt like apsolute shit I’m thinking about the meat and fruit diet any suggestions my bodyfat rn is Somewhere around 25% my goal is to be 15% within 4 months I would really appreciate some guidance from you sir

      Hello kid this is a person trying to help you out right know your really young weight loss should be the least of your problems but yeah weight loss is important at any weight but just be a kid right know but stick to your normal balanced diet your still growing in my opinion

      Try to gradually cut down on carbs and sugar.....add animal fat.

      There's so many chemicals in the food that it makes it addicting and then you've got sugar which is very addicting so it's so important to slowly cut down on your processed foods carbohydrates grains and fruits. Check out the carnivore MD or Paul saladino on CZcams and follow what he says and does and ask the father God to have his holy spirit lead and guide you

      Whatever you do, do not give up! Try different things untill uou find the one that works for you. To me it was intermittent fasting

      I’m in menopause and haven’t found anything to work until I found “Glucose Goddess”. You can find her on CZcams and her concept of eating is extremely easy and you’ll find you’ll still be able to eat regularly. I’m finally able to start losing since I’ve been following her suggestions.Hang in there.
