Just a stupid ass theory I just came up with. So I think the troublemakers are the 2 extra characters that were in the pilot, so when they were kicked off the team (for causing trouble, I'd assume), they devised their own team, to ruin the umi team's reputation.

The humans in this show must live in some kind of post-scarcity A.I run society, and all of their "jobs" were made so the humans won't get bored.
I'm assuming we just fixed everything and we made a nearly-Socialist society with all their money being actually equivalent to our work's value to the community.
It does seem like most human to human jobs are gone, but we do see people do quality checks and such, so I choose to believe that the humans managed to automate most things, but privacy stuff (like the suitcases being transported) and safety checks (the park inspector) are still jobs you could theoretically have.
And considering that one man is building and selling robots, it may be extra income to him on top of the base they might get to keep them alive

The super deep “Umi Car” actually kind of scared me a little. This is such a great series, I’m sure there’s some fantastic tv shows from our childhoods that could be covered like this.
I remember the episode that stuck the clearest in my head was the one where dinosaurs are just casually alive again, but then they escape their museum and absolutely no one in the city panics at seeing huge and potentially dangerous animals, who shouldn't even exist in our time, running around.

And we’re shown what it is to have a sibling and things that come along with having to be a big or a little sibling. It’s so beautifully animated too !

9:44 Looked it up and, if I have accurate information, Team Umizoomi began in 2010. Meanwhile, the Santa camp in which men train all year round to be Santa was founded in 2015. Thus, the chances of finding someone who looks like Santa without training them beforehand (as actors nowadays can go to incredible lengths to embody their character) would be extremely difficult. I do agree, they could've done better, but I was curious about the dates and found this. Maybe other people will find this interesting.

Since she mentioned the moment from the ice cream truck episode I also remember some episodes where the adults don’t question some moments where the team fixes the kids problem.
In one episode the team have to deliver a package to a kid’s grandmother because he forgot to put stamps on it. When they finally get to the grandma’s house the mailman leaves the package on the doorstep. They those calling things to let her know she has a package and she doesn’t even question who was at the door.
Another involves them having to fix a train to get some kid’s dad to his birthday and when they fix the problem Millie announces that the train is going to the kid’s birthday party and the doesn’t even question how they know his son’s name he just thanks them and doesn’t even see them.
Seriously how do the adults not question any of this?
How does everyone know who team umizumi is? Speaking of my question there are 3 plot holes to movie madness number 1. How the fuck did team umizumi and the troublemakers get into the movies? Is this a blue's clues reference or something? To the skidoo? What kind of world are they living in? 2. How does the pliot from the airplane movie know team umizumi when they live in different world's? 3. How did team umizumi unlock the casgs they were in? Without any keys?

To be honest I would love a new season with the pilot characters like a season with Alphonse and ZigZag joining the team

I really liked this show when I was younger, I remember the time where I acted like I was evil and I was giving them the wrong answers. I even called them "Umi-Boring" or "Umi-Idiots" lol.
I started watching it again recently and I cringed very hard from the little details (ex: size inconsistentcy, the fact that the characters didn't had teeth, their soulless eyes, the animals looking more like toys that are alive, top thousand scenes and moments where they would either fail or could've just said "no" [A Job Well Done], etc)
Team Umizoomi makes me think of the Elves from the story about a shoemaker. The kids know they're there, and perhaps a few adults, but that's it

For the non-working humams thing and how they rely on Team Umizoomi a bit too much, there was also the episodes "Super Trip to the Supermarket", "Doctor Bot", and "Umi Firetruck"
In "Super Trip to the Supermarket", this kid asks Team Umizoomi to get some food for her baby brother's snack. Like her parents or babysitter can't do it????
And in the other 2, it's even MORE concerning because there was a huge problem that called for immediate help!
In "Doctor Bot", this kid scrapes his knee and he asks Team Umizoomi for help, when he could've asked literally ANYONE AROUND HIM FOR HELP! It would've been quicker and easier!
And in "Umi Firetruck", this kid's sister is stuck in a treehouse and the ladder broke! They called Team Umizoomi for it, when THEY COULD'VE CALLED THE ACTUAL FIRE DEPARTMENT!
Edit: Also, another question i had on my mind, which is one thats asked in a lot of shows, is WHERE ARE MILLI AND GEO'S PARENTS?
Like, i know Bot's their father-figure, but i mean who and where's their legit parents? Like, Milli is 6 and Geo is 5! They weren't alive for that long! Their parents had to have existed! And SOMEBODY had to have made bot!
Edit 2: Also, a friend of mine mentioned what could be a plausible explanation as to why Umicar gained sentience in the middle of the series. He could've been upgraded BIG TIME after the events of the episode before he gained sentience. And the birthday thing would also count as the day he gained it.
Edit 3: 25:30 i'm gonna add some more stuff to this because there have been multiple times they caused trouble that would've actually put people in danger.
As you said, they tried making Umicar crash, but in the same episode, they tried doing the same with other cars, with them purposely driving bad to possibly crash some of them.
There was also the moment in "The Boy with the Dragon Skateboard" where, when Team Umizoomi was underwater in a submarine, they made cracks in the submarine, basically trying to DROWN the team! And in that same episode, they broke a roller coaster by taking some tracks off of it! It was REALLY high up, so somebody could've been hurt!!!
In "City of Lost Penguins", there are penguins stuck in toy machines and they're clearly cramped. Don't necessarily think the Trouble Makers put them there, but they broke the coins Bot had to get the penguins out. If they hadn't figured out how to fix them, the penguins would've been stuck there, and possibly suffocate. In that same episode, they caused a fruit avalanche towards the team that consisted of apples and watermelons. They most likely wouldn't habe been hurt by the apples, but the WATERMELONS definitely, since the team is very small!
And as you said about the last episode, where they broke the fucking MOON, that definitely would've put THE WHOLE WORLD in danger! Plus, once again, THEY ATTEMPTED TO KILL BOT!
They seem to have the UmiZoomi team for simple convenience rather than necessity, since they not only do free labour(or not perhaps, since I recall they had their own money at some point), but they also just do things in an oddly educational way for children, not just in our realit but in-universe.
Also, considering the siblings' odd biological structures, I'd assume they may simply be shape-born like Athena hypothesised.
I already commented on her video about my theory and here it is.
Here’s my theory. In a city where everything is advance and is filled with robots and high tech. Everything has became so easy and simple to do. Want to deliver your milk but your too lazy. Bam, problem solved. However, the reasons why the humans don’t try to fix problems that are easily fixable is because they’ve become so lazy that a simple problem are too much for them. One day, two tiny orphans realized this and decided to help out. However, they’re too small to do anything. So they somehow got hold of special suits that gave them superpowers. Don’t ask me where they get them. If you want, you could try giving me suggestions on where they got their suits. And with the help of Geos shape belt. He created the fountain that they live in. A car that started out faceless but then Geo decided to give him one. And Bot. They’re personal assistant and guardian. At first, they saw him as just a robot which is why they called him their best robot friend. But then they grew closer to him and started seeing him as an actual person.

And for some reason I've always liked that pirate Geo constructed, Square Beard, and was happy to see him again in S3 lol.
And remember the Crazy Skates episode when the Umi-Alarm went off while Bot was on those crazy skates; Bot didn't just call himself, he just correctly assumed the alarm went off for him.
And it also took me YEARS to figure out the meanings behind Milli's and Geo's names (and the fact that they are SIBLINGS for that matter) and once I had I COULDN'T get it out of my head! THANK YOU ATHENA, for refreshing THAT memory bug!

Regarding Geo's sentient shape creations; if you look closely at the lobster and ape creations, you could see bolts and metal decals. Implying they're less sentient beings and more like straight up robots. Which was my assumption when I first saw the show as a kid.
Then the Shape Pirate happened and that went right out the window.
I remembered so much of this show after this. The milk episode, the grocery episode, the airplane episode, the kooky bear episode, and the blue mermaid episode.
