Yeah…I let her try to reach out to me first. We tend to save the long, deep conversations for when we see each other in person. Which makes sense, because why text about it? Matt is right about the texting mistake. I learned that the hard way on a dating app as I made the mistake of texting a woman multiple times in a single day (I did wait a couple minutes between each text, but I still failed). God made me experience that failure for a reason.

I need help. I was crushing over one girl for past 8 months and like before 3 months I asked her out, but she rejected me but she wasn´t rude or anything like that. Since then I see her everyday at school or lunch and I see her talking to other boys and having fun and it hurts. I mean, I really want to get over it but I feel like I can´t. I want everything good for her and I´m not jealous on that boys that she is talking to, or simping for her, but I feel like I will never find somebody that good looking as her ( Which is bs I know but my mind is just set in that stupid "mindset"). She is also more friendly to me for past month, but that changes everyday, I mean one day she is nice to me, other day she is acting like I want to do something to her and it makes me sick. Any advice how to move on ?
For one, don’t make eye contact with her. Two, act like you don’t even know her and I know that may sound crazy. Three, you need to be creating yourself and focus completely on YOU. The longer you do this, the more successful you’ll become. And eventually with that success, that girl will see that you are succeeding. At that point, she’ll try to get your attention and reach out. Play the game of withdrawal. Make her always wonder 💭 about you and let her imagination go crazy. If she reaches out, do not reach back. She already had her chances, but blew them. Such is the fate of those who decide not to take the chances when they were there in front of them. Do not underestimate the power of withdrawal….

Honestly the absolute best way to get over a top notch girl like that, is to date more of them. Believe me, there’s tons! Date them all dude. The whole self improvement part is important because you need to stay at the top of your game, always going after the most attractive girls. I crushed HARD on this girl for like 2 years, she rejected me and I was at one of the lowest lows of my life. I saw a girl who was even more cute than her working at a restaurant and I got her number, and within just a day I instantly got over the girl that I had a crush on for 2 years. Seriously the no bs, absolute best way to get over her, is to find someone just as awesome, if not better. The other girl may even come back into your life, but honestly at that point she’s too late usually and you want to stick with the girls you’re already dating.

It is an addiction, you have done it so much your brain sees it as a normal activity. Resisting the urge and restraining from doing it will be hard at first but eventually it will re-wire your brain. You will no longer feel the need to do it, but you do now because it has become habit

What if it’s long distance
Is she gonna be back anytime soon, and stay permanently? If no, date other girls. Just let her know politely that if she comes back then maybe you guys can pick up where you left off. Wouldn’t you rather have a girl in your arms rather than out of reach?
How about talking on the phone? How much is too much?
Try setting up dates on phone or small checks to see if she is good but don't make it to consistent, for example once every 2 weeks.
