Its easier said than done. Some people struggle with intense self hatred and low confidence

i was anxious whether going to the reunion or not
with all those thoughts i went to the gym and pushing some of those wheights
and on the way back home, i was so confident and i'm feeling freaking fabulous at that time
so i went to the reunion, and i don't regret my decision.

Giving up porn is definitely the hardest vice for me, no pun intended 😂. In all seriousness it is a terrible god to be enslaved to, and this is coming from someone who’s been addicted to it since puberty and I’m in my late 20s. It can be done and it MUST be done.
Once I learned about how harmful it is to the brain and about the benefits of SR and testosterone boosting etc it was easy for me to permanently walk away from it

I had social anxiety since puberty and I had hope that things would improve when I got older. It never did. After reading the symptoms of autism, I finally knew what was wrong with me. Sadly there is no medication or therapy out there that would cure this disorder and make me normal like everyone else. I really don't know what to do anymore. I am so lost in life, depressed, angry. I feel like I should just end it.
@tkrozner95 Be proud that you are different. You are better than people who look at you as if you aren't worthy. Joke about autism as if it ain't bothering you. When someone does something dumb ask them are they autistic. Play around it. I hope my comment helps and I must say that I cannot comprehend how difficult it has been for you but I hope you keep on grinding through life. Even if you are alone doesn't mean sou have to be lonely. Also remember who is last on earth shall be first before God.

In my experience after like a week or two you already feel much better and more confident. It especially helps not watching any kind of sexual content it’s so terrible. I’m my experience social media like instagram is always a trigger no matter how much you fight it so if that’s an issue I would delete it or take a long break

My longest nofap streak was 35 days, but at that time I had a gf to have sex, without one, the longest streak was 20 days, and I didn't feel any difference at all, I need a longer streak to test better.
