When I was 13 years old I ,,falled in love"" with that girl without even being in relationships. Every time I tried to approach her in real life she just simply ignored me. To this day I`m still heartbroken, NOT because I still love her, but because I still feel the pain how she acted with me. Her activities made me wanna stay away from dating and relationships to this day. I haven`t had a girlfriend because I`m scared to feel that pain again and to waste another 8 months of my life.

My issue has been failure in regards to sports. I play soccer for my Highschool varsity team and I get upset when I let my team down. Still trying to deal with resolving this by practicing more to face my issue. Thank you for this video Matt, it has provided some clarity for me
I just went through a really bad heartbreak but me and the girl are still friends, it took me realizing I was bringing her down and not facing my pain and running from my problems, fapping, video games and then I stumbled upon your channel and it’s given me all the motivation I need to look forward and better myself and to stop being a whinny pos, I was doing great on a similar journey for awhile but I had some things happen that sent me down a dark path, I won’t get into my life story but what I will do is follow your advice and just wanted to say thank you for the motivation man ❤ God led me here for a reason 🙏

Hey Matt man, I'd like to challenge you (not topic at all but still completely agree with you). Spamming lateral raises after your workouts. You have a good physique but those shoulders could be more like boulders. Since you are on self improvement this is like biggest aesthetic difference you could make imo.
