- I can't count how many people have asked for another one of these, and I figured it's been quite a while, so why not mock the flatties one more time? In this video I point out ten blatantly obvious and trivial things any flat earther could do to substantiate their model, that they totally never and will never do. It's hard to fathom that there are a few hundred of them left, maybe I can pick a few off with this one.

a) original poster is clearly making a joke. there are several tells. therefore, i am not treating him as a flat earther, so anything goes.
b) a pilot who ejects from a plane is put on ground duty, pending an investigation. the ejection needs to be justified, otherwise he is just grounded. that part is real. treat it as straight information, or a "straight man" response to a joke.
c) if you don't know the story of icarus, look it up. he died because of hubris. of course, that story is a myth.
If the earth was flat the edges would be a tourist attraction

The edge would need to become a tourist attraction to pay for all the guards and supplies. And even then that wouldn't be enough.
Logistics. The more you have to guard, the more supplies needed and the more obvious the supply lines.

I’m guessing you’re thinking of Mad Mike, who believed he could build a steam-powered rocket that could take him up to the Karman line. He raised money from FEers by telling thdm he would be able to prove the Earth was flat. The ascent of the best rocket took him to about 10,000ft (not bad though nowhere near space) but the descent parachute failed; he died on impact. The joke has been cracked that a FEer proved gravity exists.

I used to believe in a flat earth, then I entered kindergarten.
Nah it’s usually much earlier than that if your parents are FEs or YECs... Some people snap out of it by high school or college but others never do. Conspiratorial thinking opens people up to believe all kinds of nonsense without good schools to teach kids to think rationally and form their own worldview based on actual facts and the scientific method.

in 2019, a group of flat earthers decided to scientifically prove that the earth is flat, so they bought a 20,000 dollars ring laser gyroscope which is an extremely precise tool that can be used to gauge the earth's motion.. they figured that if earth is actually a sphere, they would see a 15 degree per hour drift (360 degrees/24hours = 15 degrees/hour) on their gyroscope and although they were very confident that this would not happen, when they turned on the device it said 15 degrees on the dot. Now in the words of one of the lead researchers, “we obviously weren’t going to accept that.” They tried to use the gyroscope again in what’s called a zery gauss chamber, and also in a bismuth chamber to alleviate any outside factors that could be affecting the reading. Still, however, it remained 15 degrees. But instead of accepting these results, they literally decided to come up with an entirely different experiment. They took two boards and cut holes in them. Then, they placed them a distance away and put a camera on one side, and a light on the other. If Earth is flat, the camera would see the light when they were both been held at the same high, if the earth is round,however, the light would have to be held higher for it to be seen. And the results were the same as if the earth was round.

They think planets don't exist, even though you see them with a simple telescope. The Sun and Moon are round though, according to them. Nobody ever sees their poles, despite they are looking at them from angles from time to time.

How to scare a flat earther:
Tell them “Get in the boat, we’re pushing you off the edge.”
Since they believe that there is an edge, they will be very scared.
Flat Earthers claim the Earth is surrounded by the Antarctic ice wall and access denied by NASA/UN/world government. Thus, they wouldn't believe you.
There should be a show where flat earthers get unlimited budget and they have to find the edge of the earth
They would probably find first the garden of eden than the edge

There's actually a netflix documentary called "Behind the Curve" where they do experiments to prove that the earth is flat and end up proving it's round (shocked, I know) lol.

Not being a flat earther myself, this concept has always baffled me. I enjoyed this video immensely. We have had some spectacular moons in the last few days, incidentally, which has been fascinating to observe even through binoculars. There is such awe-inspiring beauty everywhere, regardless of the ignorance and stupidity of humanity.

Yeah I go to recent comments sometimes when I see these videos again and they just hurl insults or say something like “this doesn’t prove anything” but they won’t disprove what he’s saying. Like if someone is wrong about something, you don’t just say “you’re wrong because someone is brainwashing you”. You would probably give reasons as to why they’re wrong but they don’t do that because they can’t prove him wrong.
I’m not a flat earther but you have to admit he does have a rude tone the entire video but I find the flat earth map and his amount of ways to destroy it are amusing.

Not a flat earther but when I was in astronomy our teacher split us into 2 groups and I had to make a debate for flat earth and lunar eclipses and the one I was able to come up with was the sun hits the "dome" but the light occasionally hits the right spot and reflects back onto the earth and blocks the moon and one may ask well why does the dome only reflect light in this instance? Simple the weather and clouds hold a great effect over the dome and the domes atmopsphere also plays an effect and is actually not a still dome but is constantly moving like a wind current on a gas gaint. I then used very poorly done math to prove my argument lol. My astronomy teacher said that was to smart of an argument for a flat earther 🤣🤣🤣. Ngl trying to prove flat earth logic was kind of the height of my highschool career and I would do it all over again.

Flat earthers are convinced the earth is flat but their all argument defending their beliefs is that we can't be sure the earth is round or that we've never been in space to see it ourselves, but then they also cannot be so sure about the earth being flat 'cause of what they have said themselves. Then considering the amount of scientific proof we have, it shows that the theory of the earth being round is much more realistic than it being flat, exactly why most of humans agree on the fact our planet is round. All flat-earthers rely on is the usual "_you_can't be sure the earth is round" "_you_ haven't been to space" "_you_ haven't seen the round earth"
