The stop covers cover a void, and the video does not shoe filling it with insulation. Is it a good practice to fill with insulation under the stop covers, or do you want the air gap? Around 6:35 in the video...

The video is good. But inexplicably, they don’t show the bottom of the exterior stop cover being installed. The overlap at the bottom of the stop cover causes the stop cover to bow out and not seat properly. Or, you have to cut the stop short and have a big gap at the bottom. Video needs to SHOW the installation of the complete stop cover.
Until I can resolve this issue, I certainly don’t recommend this window.

You have a really good point with the bottom stop cover. I'll find out soon enough with that issue as I've already ordered my windows.
