Wow .... It’s so much easier my apples before had a hard time it would just slide off ... even after I would wash them in ginger to take off wax.
Can just cove this in chocolate an eat it?

Can I use wax paper
I'm not sure it would come out the same way....it can tend to get a little finicky when working with sugar. If you want to try it and let us know, I would love to share that with everyone as well.
Can I add heavy cream instead of evaporated milk?
I don't think the recipe would work the same way, but you're welcome to try it.

I know I'm a little late, but I used heavy cream instead of evaporated milk but the caramel never set and ended up like a sauce instead lol!
