UPDATE! New iPhone 15 Pro paired with anamorphic lenses - czcams.com/video/fAyNNTpGMqk/video.htmlsi=jht1ZGrbagkJ3VkM
Hey man I really hope you see this. I just wanted to say a lot of CZcamsrs have a lot of support or a large team behind them and don't have to do every single thing themselves. This is very well done! But for that reason I just stated you can never compare your success to someone else's! Keep going bro!
Thank you so much! It’s indeed very difficult to get things going on YT and grow the channel but I think I can make it happen. Thank you so much for the support it means a lot to me!!
Just saw the sub count of this channel. its just few k's. I have subbed. The quality is phenomenal for a small channel!
Thank you so much! Means a lot to me!
Well done Steven, nicely crafted video, neat and to the point. It shows that effort and skills produce better videos. Keep up the good work. New sub 👍
Thank you so much!
I made my own with a 52-55mm step up ring lying around unused. Sanded off the 52mm thread part flat. Drilled 3 very small holes for very small screws to hold it in position attached it on my 9dollar phone case. Now i can use 55mm filters and stack em like a regular camera lens. 52mm size fits exactly around the iphone 14 pro lens area. Spent time. Not money. Just for fun anyway and not pro iphone shooter 😂
Nice vid Bro
With the price of all those accessories and phone you could get a better semi-professional camera that can have 3x better quality and accessories , the magic of a phone is that is super simple compared to a real camera
Yes I agree with you better get the Sony a7!! Or Sony A7!!!
Yes agree 😅 .
Absolutely . The lumix DC-Gh5 it gives u 6k pictures clean as fu*k . And 8k videos and is only £1900
Iphone is pretty good for outdoor vlogs but if you want to shoot at indoor low light example weddings or bhirtday you need a camcorder or a fullframe camera
And don’t forget: it’s always in your pocket…😊
Another great accessory for your iPhone is Epidemic sound… best transition ever.
Haha thanks!!
Epic footage Steven, Awesomely done.
Thank you so much! Always with the support!
I like the direction they are going with the magnetic filters and the cool grip, but I think their lense needs a lot of work. Way too much chromatic aberration and lack of focus on the outer edges of the lens.
Softer image in the corners I think it is normal for anamorphics, usually if you want more clinical look its better to film with regular spherical lenses. The aberations though I agree do sometimes get a bit heavy, though not something unusual for the anamorphics...
@@StevenDivish yeah, but this just seems a bit excessive when compared to other anamorphic lenses I’ve experienced. Perhaps it’s because it’s 1.55 instead of 1.33
@@coryinmotion yep 1.33 doesn’t give that anamorphic squeeze imo. I wish it was x2 tbh 😬🫠
This is so sick. The possibilities and tech that will coincide with better cameras on our phones will be unreal over the next 10 years.
You're not gonna believe this...
Beyond my abilities but your expertise is well appreciated
Incredible that they make 2 anamorphic lenses each with a built in silly flaw and don't make one without any flaws...
Just speachless.
is there any anamorphic lens that works well with the iphone 14 pro? I know that moment's doesn't. Beastgrip is the only I know - but the whole set up seems more bulky and more expensive
I’m speechless at your speachless
Sorry what do you mean?
@@StevenDivish
Both of the anamorphic lenses they offer have built in flare effect. As an artistic flaw.
Why don't they have a clean version?
That effect might not be wanted on a lot of shots and it can be a similarly added in post.
Amazing content! Really nicely done, thorough, detailed, clear angles and great music selection. You have won another sub today! Keep working hard, and one day, you'll at least get the same amount of subs as this video has views! :)
Reading comments like yours makes me want to put even more effort into making videos! Thank you so much!
Very well made video brother. Keep doing great stuff ;)
Thanks a ton! Will do!
I used the Moment 58mm lens, I'd say it's better. The anamorphic footage is blurry around the edges, I think the Moment system is better tbh.
Great video, the comparisons are super clear.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you! This is really cool technology! It’s new for me!
Glad you like it!
Thank you for this, but how can I get rid of those annoying dark corners when using my wide angle lens on my iphone WITHOUT having to do it in post? Isn't there another way while filming?
Thank you so much!
Amazing! Subscribed
Amazing video! Sound design is on another level! Also liked the gold anamorphic lens ⚡️
☺️☺️
Hi! just saw the video, it was great, thanks!! just wondering wich was the app you are using to control de shutter speed, the ISO, etc, for the iphone. thanks!
Great video thanks
I have a question, what applications for taking photos and recording videos on the iPhone does this freewell work with? because with the app Moment and Halide does not work Bluetooth
Well done mate - great video ❤
Thanks 😁
Wow. Glad this popped up in my recommended feed. Just subscribed and thanks for the great content.
Welcome aboard! Thank you so much!
Nice video. Impassioned by photography since 1992, and since 2002 for digital one. Photo filters are the best choice for correcting digitals immages errors and have a good result. GG.
Nicee, need this for my content
Using this kind of lens I have seen some miss focusing issue.. did you see that ?
wow, its easy to shot now, thanks infos bro
Just copped a new iPhone and I have to say I am exited to start taking pictures and venturing into cinematography and photography with it!😊
Congrats! I hope you enjoy using it!
Excellent production values. You have a new sub :)
Welcome aboard! Much appreciated!!🙏🙏
Hello mate
Just wanna ask can I use this case with A pexel 36x zoom lens does it fit on that case.
Cheers mate hope you could answer this question
Have a lovely day
Good luck
This looks very cool. I'm still trying to nail down a good microphone to replace my Shure (lightning port) which is a great mic but most cases don't work with.
If you treat your content like a craft - then absolutely it takes more time to produce, but the result is something you can be proud of.
absolutely agree!
Did you use on some of your shots a snow mist filter or a glow mist filter?!😍
daaaammmnn... TRULY FUNCTIONAL !!!
i love it !!!!
thanks...
Glad you like it!
great job steven,,, beautiful content
Thank you so much for the support!
The next video is gonna be a cinematic banger! Please come back in a day, you’re gonna love it!
I’ll probably never have a need for any of those, but I really enjoyed learning about those. I’d recommend you try planning videos three videos out. Record a lot of content say over a week onethree different topics. Then edit and release them every two weeks. That way you have a buffer of content in case you want to make a longer video that could take awhile to create.
I hope that makes sense lol
The grind is real haha I'm trying to post more often, sticking to the schedule this year.
Thanks for the advice and kind words, this support means a lot for me!!
any idea on how to reduce lens flare when taking photos in the sun or light?
Great quality, broo! I feel that you'll achieve really quick growth! :D
Thank you! I hope so!
Excelente Canal! The quality of your videos are excellent, audio, voice, times etc very good.
🔥🔥🔥If you travel to Egypt you have a place to stay!
Thank you Sir!
很棒,我马上需要购买一套
Super informative, and amazing quality presentation! Thankyou... I wasn't able find which manual control camera app you used in the video though... Can you name it please? Again my thanks... subbed and thumbs up!
Thank you so much! The next video is gonna be an epic one and I hope youll enjoy it!
talking about the app, in this video I used Filmic pro, however recently I faced some problems with this app as they switched to the subscription model and during the making of my last video I couldn't log in and it asked me to pay again for the app that I already purchased...So right now Im testing another app, I hope this answer was helpful and stay tuned for more!
@@StevenDivish very cool... I'm more of a still photographer than videographer, but I'm always interested in learning new techniques. The Sherpa is a very cool piece of kit! I've been debating bringing my pro gear on holiday with me... or just the iPhone... the Sherpa kit kind of helped me make that decision! Again, my thanks for your review... it was certainly helpful!
If I need to bring additional stuff for my iphone, I'll take my A7C with me. The resolution seems awful with this lens.
Anamorphic touch to the videos is a completely amazing thing to do ⚡
Absolutely agree!
I am quite interested in you color grading process and maybe some LUTs... do you have a video about it? is hard to colour grade phone footage
Great video and advice! I was wondering what you would suggest for Document Photography. Such as taking photos of old documents and photos at archives and libraries for genealogy?
This is very awesome videos for iPhone users. May I ask what app do you use for the camera? Thanks
filmic pro
Really well-made video. Thanks for making this.
Appreciate it, thank you!
kai, tell me, I use the filmic pro application, I shoot with an amaphora lens, save the video, before that I set the setting to 1.55 and of course turn off the stabilization. I save the video to my phone, upload the video to instagram and it's blurry, what's the problem tell me how to turn off the video in reels correctly
Hello from Prague! 🙌 it's a really good channel, keep going!
Ahoj! thank you for the support it means a lot to me!!
Cool video but you didn't said which app you used.
can i know what app i could use? i have iphone 14 plus
Great video, thank you 🙏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love your presentation and light setup 🤟🏽✌🏽
Thank you so much!
I got a new light set up in my latest video about filming 1000 days with a cinema camera, I hope you’ll like it as much! ☺️
Awesome video! Amazing products!
Awesome & Amazing channel!!
Liked & Subbed!!!
Thanks so much!
Which manual camera app you're using on iPhone.
what app did u use to shoot the film?
can u tell us more about app pls! ty
Is there any app nowadays that lets you turn off iphone 14 video sharpenning? To me its the biggest drawback since it messes a lot with compression, even in pro res raw.
great content, subscribed.
Thank you!
As always a great review! But why didn't they make a variable ND filter for the anamorphic lens? And it upsets me that the small anamorphic filters are not magnetic, they need to be screwed on. At the Freewell, who love everything magnetic!
Thank you so much for the support! Im not sure about the vnd filters though…maybe it’s too much glass in front of the lens idk…
In anamoprhic, it's recommended to use straight ND for better performance.
Making magnetic even for anamorphic would have skyrocketed the cost from USD 149.99 to at least USD 259.99.
JFYI for Anamorphic Lens Freewell is the only brand offering 4 ND + UV at this price; any other brand will cost close to USD 100-200 just for lenses without a filter, so top that with another 100-300 for filters making the overall cost of the anamorphic lens with filter close to USD 400-500.
@@FreewellGear Thanks for the detailed answer. I like your approach to pricing and product quality.
Hi! Thank you for the work done! Will the "moment" lens mount fit the connectors of this case?
Are there plans for Freewell to make a telephoto lens or a 50+mm lens?
Great video! What’s the difference between the Glow Mist filter and the Snow Mist one?
I would love to know too😊
Is this system suitable for makeup photography? I find it very difficult to catch all details and colours with just the phone. Or do you have other suggestions regarding phone tools to enhance my needs?
I think.. after a lot of lenses videos that i have been watching😅 fro detailed shots you need a macro lens which i was fascinated by Moment Macro lens( just write it on you tube and see for yourself it is amazing)
As for the sherpa kit maybe your overall footage will be using it then you can add the macro lens next
It would be the way to go😊
But you have to check if the freewell case could mont the Moment lens
Can all of these components be used with an iPhone 13?
Hey mate Great video! Can u tell wich is the name of the APP you are using for the color, ISO. thanks a lot
Hey thanks a lot! Currently I’m using BlackMagic App. I’ll be posting another update video on this product with new iPhone 15 Pro, stay tuned, it’s gonna be out in a few days
Can I used it with the iPhone 📲 14 pro max?
👍Thanks, Very helpful + you’re a natural. Subed
Thank you so much!
When u shoot in landscape, in 4K with anamorphic lens (1,55), the resolution is 3840:(something less than) 2160 ?!? From my calculation should be something like 3840:(~1390).
What is the pro app you used? I don’t see a link in the description. I wish they had this case for the iPhone 12 Pro.
Hey Brian! I used filmic pro, but it’s a paid app and I hear a lot of people complaining about its switching to the subscription plan, so you might wanna check some free versions. Just make sure it has the anamorphic mode and image stabilization controls
Amazing
True Dedication
How can I get a set up close to this for my s23 ultra?! Best way to attach lenses and filters?
can these still work with iPhone 15 ? From case iphone 14 pro
Me parece fabuloso y genial
I got this one for my iphone 13 pro Ulanzi anamorfe lens it,s 100 usd and now for sale for 50 usd
Is this good for radio?
Very nice 👍
No wonder. Even i am using ip 14 pro mu photos are still lame. I am gonna buy some of these to improve my photos. Thanks for the videos. Useful infos ❤️❤️
Very cool - nice job
Thanks, appreciate it. Come back for more!
Need this for the Pixel 7!
Oh wow, this would be perfect for me
Amazing products and video! New sub!
Thank you!
What do you think about "Macro" or "Optical lenses" to iPhone 14 pro? Does they ruin the image quality or they improve it?
I heard already about like Reeflex company that makes such lenses, and I don't know what to think about that..
It's still a lot of money even for one lens, if it appeared it's a crap...
I don’t film macro a lot to be honest, and I think what iPhone can do with its wide macro camera is pretty amazing, so I find those optical macro lenses unnecessary for myself
@@StevenDivish Yeah, I got you. I am more about still photography. Though I do have sony a6400 with 85mm f1.8 lens, as a just hobbyst of photography, whenever I take my camera for outdoor session, I always feel presure to not come home without any good photos. I never have such pressure with doing it with phone, like a pure happiness and with phone it's more like "going for a walk", not "going for picutres"... So I don't know if it's needed for phones like iphone 14 pro to invest into additional leneses, but the truth is I never used them, so I am curious how it is going to be. But 120$ for each is a lot let's be honest :D
And there are at least a few brands like Moment, Reeflex, Sandmarc, so one brand can appear to be fine, the other crap, or both crap or both fine you know what I mean. The risk that goes with it is just huge, and there are not places where you can test it regionally before buy it.
Dude, I think you need a full on referral link with Amazon. I hope you’re getting paid for referrals because your videos and detailed info. are spot on.
how mutch sherpa system .. ?
Is this compatible with Smallrig iPhone Cage?
how about other iphone 14 version or even another iphone
Cool! Are you based in Prague?
does it change the focal length of the 3x camera (77mm)?
ese iphone 14 pro puede grabar almacenando en disco externo?
Can this be used on galaxy s23 Android?
Philip
Which lens and products would you recommend for Samsung Galaxy? Thanks
Your request is just perfect on time! I just made a video for the S23U 😄
czcams.com/video/UW71uJCgQyE/video.html
The anamorphic shot is great and you are anamorphically handsome guy
not yet, but a good direction
Can you still use wireless charging?
Hi, is it possible to use the anamorphic lens freehand without incurring the gel effect?
Are the filters stackable on the anamorphic lens? How many mm are the filters? Can you stack other lenses like black pro mist, etc?
+1
Thanks for the video. Is it just me, or does the footage with the animorphic lens have some warping?
Thank you so much for watching and support! The warping is called Anamorphic Barrel Distortion
