Ive had too completely overhaul the way I approach exercise. My whole childhood, I was obsessed with wanting a flat stomach. I know it came from family - brown, immigrant families have no filter or awareness of the impact of their comments. And I did all the wrong things to achieve that and really hurt my body. Now I try really hard to work out because its medicine for my depression and try to remember its not about pushing myself to oblivion every time I get on the mat. I live my the notion of consistent mediocrity now, just a consistent 60% effort for my brain.
I began posting my workouts on my channel, so I'd have a visual to SEE with my own eyes, that I'm getting stronger, and better at yoga/pilates and exercise isnt just about trying to be small. And working consistently has given me better results than ever before. If only I could sit my younger self down and give her this advice lol.

I would love to see a video where you review or share supplements that you feel are quality. Especially the pre-workout. I love that for you mama!! I would say try to maintain consistency in weightlifting, they won’t bulk you up and when it comes to your eating - portion control 💕 will definitely let you know when I do find a good preworkout for the ladies 😊

Heyy im trying to build glutes, but i want to tone down my arms a bit, and maybe keep my waist a little slim, ik it's not totally possible, but would you suggest any diet i could be following?
You could work shoulders and back, that will make your waste look smaller. Bigger glutes will too. I dont mean be as wide as a bus. Wider Medial delts, and lats give the illusion of a small waste.
