    Warm up + dynamic stretching
    1min jog + 12 jumping jacks x3
    1) Shoulder Press: 4 x 8-10 reps (1 min break between sets)
    2) push-ups: 3 x 10,10, failure
    3) bent over pull downs: 3 x 12-15
    4) Assisted Pull Ups: 2 x 10, failure
    5) seated Lat Pull Downs: 4 x 12,10,10,8
    6) cable face pulls: 4 x 10 (increase weight every set)
    7) DB lateral raises: 4 x 8-10
    8)WP overhead press: 3 x 12 Superset w/ WP front raises 3 x 12 (increase Weight after 2nd set)
    9)BB Bent over row: 3 x 15,15,10 (increase Weight after 2nd set)
    10) Hang with legs bent and weighted ball between legs: 2 x failure SUPERSET hold ball above head and march
    LASTLY jump rope

      Workout starts at 11:00 but you should watch from the beginning if this is your first time watching. This is for the girlies who come back to the workout for upper body! 💞

    I train at 6am on an empty stomach because forcing breakfast down that early makes me feel too heavy and a bit sick. But hey whatever works for you, do it!!

      agreed, every body is different I've become use to working out on an empty stomach and I take MCT oil, MCT helps with energy and keep your muscle strength and studies have shown working out fasted does help you build human growth hormone.

      Agreed however as mentioned in the video, this is note for those (like me) who struggle in the gym because we feel weak, not realizing that this is because we aren’t eating enough. By all means, do what works best for you. This is me sharing my experiences. 💕

      @@bongegumede It’s the same for me. I lift heavy, training on an empty stomach makes me feel dizzy. I definitely need my Carbs to fuel my workouts. 💪🏼

      @@nabeeham917 agree!! I learn my lesson from 2 previous days i workout with empty stomach. In addition have a enough sleep 8 to 7hrs of sleep work for me i also take iron vitamin because im lacking i look pale when working out this something that work for me.

    Hi. Can you do a weekly workout routine for beginner. Because the problem with starters is that we can be watching all these workout moves but we wouldn't know how many days in a week should we be focusing on legs, arms n back , abs, glutes etc. A video that can be a straight guideline to us for the whole week. Would love that!

    Creatine hits harder when you take it before your workout. It gives you fuel to get through the exercise without fatiguing. I top up before my workout to make sure my creatine saturation is high before i work out. In basically use it as a pre

    Hey Bonge dear, just found your channel, I would humbly, humbly ask that you record your videos at a much louder volume, especially your voice when you talk to us. I hit 100% on my volume while trying to watch your lower body glute video, the video volume was still too low for me to hear you when you talk fast, so I am using my earphones.     What are the chances though😳!! I registered at the gym 3days ago and I’ve been looking for chanels and people to follow to help motivate me and yours just appeared when I opened my YT today🥹❤️❤️I’m about to use all of your tips and the thing you said in your last video about ‘eating what you want but more of what will benefit you and less of what will not benefit you’, that statement was everything and has been my mantra for a while now, coz I always tend to feel guilty when I eat something I actually enjoy but might not be extremely healthy according to most standards.     How do you know what to eat to get the ultimate results you want (burning fat and building muscle)?
    The healthy diet is usually my struggle bc I just don’t know what to cook and how much of it to cook. Count macros, intuitive eating, fasting, etc etc… there’s so much info out there it’s confusing. I just want a straight forward answer on what to EXACTLY eat in a week/month and I’ll stick to that so I can look like this lean and toned body

    When I eat before going to the gym I get dizzy and get a nausea, no matter whether I wait 30 min 1h or even 2h. It just doesn’t work for me. What I do rather is have a substential dinner and then I’m fine working out in the morning
