It is absolutely fascinating to learn more about the devices we use on a daily basis, I wasn't expecting to be having this much fun so far lol
I was thinking the exact same thing. Seeing the evolution of cellular signals from 1998 to now is crazy!
Same dude same
Same😁
Isnt it! I am so giddy learning all of this information. It is so much fun! I'm excited to pass the exam hopefully soon!
So THAT’S what SIM means…
This and the prior videos - besides being a great study tool for A+ certification - were a wonderful summary of the stunning progress we've made with technology throughout the past 30+ years. It's like a walk down memory lane for this 40 year old who has been online since ~1995, and has been using computers since cassette tapes were a storage medium, lol. Thank you Prof. Messer, especially for putting these all up free of charge! When it comes time to purchase study guides and practice tests, you have my business.
And I can't wait to view all the rest of the videos!!
I have encountered lots of educational videos for this course but so far, your voice doesn't make me want to fall asleep lol. Thank you! It's very informative and detailed. I'm just starting to change careers so I'll take your videos to heart. Kudos!
Trying to map out the development of the GSM and CDMA standards throughout the years is so complicated because of all the nomenclature. But this is good for some basic ideas.
Thank you for this great course!
Watched the earlier videos in this playlist and should have commented earlier. These are extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
Thanks Messer!
Thank you
Thank you for posting these videos! Taking my exam next week and they are a great supplement to my course work!!!
how did you get on?
@Healthy Liam honestly I feel like I should have taken more time to study. I was kind of rushing thrift every thing, but I did pass! So good lol trying to take a little more time for my second exam
@@michaelsouza1048 that’s good I’m booking mine shortly, how fast do you get them roughly? And was all the questions multi choice or a variety?
@@michaelsouza1048 congratulations! is it possible if you can share the study material with me? thank you.
Absolutely amazing playlist for Comptia A+ certification. Thankyou professor messer. I have a question that I want to order your core 1 and core 2 physical addition books, can you or someone who already purchased the books tell me like what content is written in books like are there practice questions in the book or just topics? Thankyou
The real reason they call them cell phones is because we are prisoners to our phones... I'll see myself out.

If I buy his course notes for core 1 and exams bundle. Is that all I need for the core 1 exam for A+. And ofc watching all of his course videos like these?
you are looking for a shortcut. Buy them and watch these Videos too.
For CDMA did the user have to put in a code to speak to that person?
No, usually that code is assigned over the network.
You did not explain well
Of course he did
Currently work for T-Mobile haha, trying to get out though 🫠
I believe
hows that going?
Wait so didn’t Verizon just discontinue CDMA for LTE?
@@Chickenmanbrad I believe they’re all on GSM. T-Mobile , AT&T and Verizon
Did you make it out?
Thank you
