Passed 1101 with a score of 818. If you need the a+, these videos are great. On to 1102.
hello you used only his videos or you had other resources?
So I just needs to watch his videos and I’ll be good ?
@@ThapeloMohapi-wu9su used him and made flash cards about things like port numbers, legacy cables, networking ect.
The sequence of details is beautifully designed and thought out
We need more instructors like him. The combination of humor and knowledge. Respect BurningIceTech !
exatly bro, even if i fail, no regrets. Respect for mr. Proffessor
I heard the accent and thought “this is a fellow South African” 😂😂❤❤. Subscribed!
Lol! Me too. It’s so funny the impact accent has. I feel like I hear and understand him better than Professor Messer simply because of the accent.
This playing at 1.5 speed, some green tea, and lofi music. This is the way.
haha wow. Well whatever works. I've heard plenty of people play the videos like a soundtrack of sorts while doing work or while driving. Not actually what I had in mind when I made the videos but hey, if it works, it works
Mixing this with my
Reading books and professor messer .
do u have text books for this course ?
This whole course being free is amazing. Thank you so much!!!
Your most welcome
I think a lot of people will love that your doing the newer version of the course too, especially since I personally know how much people have been spamming you on discord over this haha. Either way, great job dude
hey how are bro
please can you help me to get book or pdf files about this A+ course.
I must say
Your videos are miracles for people who start learning about IT.
Personally for me you have a respected personality, keep it up my man.
Ah thank you very much!
Thank you so much, you have brightended the A+ course for me
This is a great course. I used to teach basic computers to Seniors and used to teach a highly scaled down version of this. Now I'm taking training for my CompTIA A+ Certification and these courses are a great help.
Thank you, prior to finding your channel I was struggling to grasp these concepts, it's finally starting to click!
Your videos are extremely well structured and very insightful. Thanks a lot for the time you put into your work!!!
I very sure you were my facilitator and I am glad found this...Very helful. You're good.
This is great. I always thought that it will be impossible for me to understand this kind of information, but it's so well put together that I totally get it!
I love this person's attitude and help. Amazing channel!

Very helpful video i must say. Thanks for sharing the trick with us
Thank you for the vid! Helping me get some type of foundation for A+
It's so hard to choose between security or software development.
Goeie video tjom! Baie dankie, ek waardeer!
Great video buddy. I'm using your material to prepare for A+
Thank you for keeping it very simple!
I like this tutorial
Right off the start. Something different about how you deliver the info vs other videos I have watched
Glad you enjoy it :) thank you

Bro is a great teacher. Thawadah for the effort in good presentation and audio.
Thank you for the videos, please don't stop making these videos...i have better understanding now. You such a God Sent 🙏🙏

Thank you so much. You really do make learning this stuff so much easier. Highest regards.
Have anyone taking the exam yet?
@@jaquaunbond8150 Not yet partner. I'm scheduling it later this week, though. Wish me luck 🙏
Strong start, thank you
Your videos are the most interesting on these topics I’ve found yet, I love that you relate everything to your real life experiences and include interesting fun facts. Makes listening super enjoyable, keep it up! I’m definitely going to watch more of your content. And I’m curious what branch of IT you do for work? You might say it in one of your videos but I just found you. Thanks so much for posting! 😊 I want to go into the software engineering field, and I’m pretty sure which path I want to take, but I’m always curious what others in IT do too🙂
Your videos are very appreciated
Thanks for reminding me all I learned before. I appreciate it
So this is legit? If I do this module and learn the next module I can take the test and know what I'm doing? I really need to know, thank you.💯🙂
awesome refresher
learned a lot watching this, good job and thanks!
thanks for all the help I appreciate you doing this for free and putting it out here on CZcams for use who cannot pay for the full course / trainer experience. I am hoping to do this certificate some time next year just preparing for it early and trying to make use of as many resources as possible. :)
It is now next year. Did you do your certification?
@@weepees6013 yes and no I ended up doing a similar certificate with an apprenticeship, then got a postion working in a bigger company I think I am going towards something like a ccna instead at this level, thanks for asking 👌🏾
Thanks a lot for this course! I almost cried from laughting every time you said "SATA" so aggressively. It feels like SATA hurt you in the past xDD
Thank you so much for putting this video out ❤
As long as it helps people I'm happy :)
Thank you !!! super helpful
I watched all your videos and I’m rewatching them. There very detailed and very help full THANK YOU. I will be taking the exam after I finish rewatching again
Awesome! Best of luck with the exams :)
Did you pass using these videos? Please let me know, thank you.💯🙂
Did you pass?
update?
Bless You ! This was great
I had been out of using PC's on a regular basis and the latest things for maybe close to 5-10 years! I think that this is great for those like us who are just finding out about things like: solid state drives, (computers without hard disks with defrag and scandisk utilities), etc. Do they still have CMOS batteries in them? This may be one of the answers in my quest for learning about the PC issues and A+ of 2023-24. Great!
I am so glad you updated for the 1101?
Thanks for this. I started Tech Academy today and having absolutely no IT background this is very helpful in studying notes from class. Very helpful!
Glad it helps :) always awesome to hear

@@BurningIceTechcan you also do a video where you go over and answer each question on the latest 2023 exam?
@@osu3167 There will be videos with practice questions up soon where I go through the questions and the possible answers. The questions will however not be the "official" ones from the exam since that is not allowed by vendor. The questions will however measure you on the same skills and cover the same objectives the exam covers
Great course, highly recommended..........✨
Were you able to pass the A+ certification using these modules on here? I'm asking quite a few people and I'm really hoping for honest answers my family is depending on me.
Thank you so much for this, i will watch all the ads. i promise
Most welcome!
Haha thanks for your kind gesture :P
Thank you, sir😊
You are the best teacher ever. Iam studying computer science at Unc Chapel hill University .
Thank you, good sir.

At first I didn't know if me hearing aids would handle the accent but like a train wreck...I can't look away..outstanding course...well done
Aw thanks :P
Thanks!
Very Very thank you
Thanks for your time. What order of videos should we watch to pass the A+ test
Great course! No music is great, I can focus more
Thanks for the video. Clear and easy to follow and more importantly easy to listen and pay attention to. Sub and thumbs up !!
thank you so much
Excellent job Sir, and I appreciate how you explain things and take your time. Thanks and looking forward to the next module. Wanted to make sure that this course will be valid for US and/or International exams?
CompTIA is an american company. The certification is international but since it's an american company the stuff is all 100% applicable in the US :) Its valid in most countries in the world and the exams can be written at an authorized testing center in most countries too
Thank you
We still use the DB-9 connectors in our Giant Voice system on base. We are about the only agency that uses those on the installation.
This was the simplest and easiest vid on this thank-you
That's great to hear :) I suppose that's mission accomplished then for me.
I try to simplify the stuff as much as I can where possible
Hi, a couple of questions regarding the difference between HDMI and DP. HDMI is currently sitting at version 2.1, which allows for Variable Refresh Rate as well as 120hz 4k display. A newer version of the audio passthrough Earc was added as well.
Now previously DP 1.4 was used primarily for gaming because of the VRR support and higher refresh rates as well. Whereas an HDMI cable was previously limited to a 60hz 4k output without variable refresh rate (meaning your display would not adjust to frame drops during gameplay, leading to jutter. Compare this to a 144-240hz refresh rate which varies during frame drops, and the reason for using DP with monitors over hDMI cables for monitors is monstrous.
Not sure how applicable that is to this this lesson, but it's important IMO.
Use of ESD equipment has always been a contentious issue. More so because it is possible to 'wound' components, shortening their life expectancy without breaking them altogether.
Some factors to bear in mind are:
Here in the UK static build up is often far less than in the arid, air-conditioned offices of Silicon Valley where these standards were set. But not always.
Laptop components are less robust, and you don't have a handy metal chassis to discharge into.
Employers may require techs to use ESD mat and wrist strap as part of quality assurance.
For field engineers, ESD equipment adds to the mystique of your job, emphasising that there is more to it than changing a lightbulb.
If you look at an Amazon fire stick, the only connectors are a USB micro (female) for power, and HDMI (male): the sound *has* to go through the HDMI connection as there is no separate sound output.
SCSI (pronounced scuzzy, or sometimes 'sexy') was always high-end equipment. This is why some of it is still in use.
GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL!!!!!!
Do you have any recommendations for free practice tests?
Will you do pentesting series and how to start in the area
Play at 1.5x... (Thank me later)

Hi over there! I hope that you are doing well.
I would like to think you so much for your wonderful videos training. They very well designed with a very illustrated contents! Your video designs make them easy to understand.
Please, I would like to learn how to craft/design a wonderful video like yours?
Would you provide a video training about the tools you used and how to create a video lije yours?
I will appreciate your reply!
hi there friend! just watched the first of 20! I wanted to ask and yes, I already checked your page, but you wouldn't happen to have videos elsewhere on comptia security+ ?
@28:40 Are few seconds considered long enough to touch the case from the inside to ESD?
@23:44 as best practice, which one comes first? unplug or turn off the switch on power supply?
thank you sir for giving us an opportunity to study A+ latest version. but i joined this channel to day and really i need it so much but is there any body who can tell me where i can get book about this course or pdf files because taking notes and watchung vedio is not enough for me
thank you very
Getting certified for the comptia a+ is there any labs you need to prepare for ? Aside from this material we are focusing on?
is there a book or anything you recommend we get so we can follow along better? or do we just have to listen? I'm not much of a note taker but I really want to pay attention to this
Very good, thank you! I thought the SCSI part was interesting, you kind of have to read between the lines but the idea is communicated, albeit concerning perhaps.
Thank you.
Can anyone recommend a free pdf with all the information needed to pass the exam?
Will watching (and taking notes to study) all of these videos prepare you sufficiently for the A+ exam? Or will I need to look into other resources as well? I only recently looked into IT Helpdesk as a career and I'm not sure how to go about learning what I need to for the certification.
Take trials, there’s a lot of practice exams online. Good luck!
26:40 What do you mean? I always wear my anit-static wrist strap before I touch the inside of my pc 🤓
"you as a human just discharged directly into the case"
is this video up to date with the current exam code?
I swore we used serial ports for monitors? Looks like Atari 2600/C64 controller port?
Sir, do you have a book or any book you recommend? PS
You have quite excellent videos, however, I would advice you to have sub titles for disabled people
