    All you need is 20 minutes to get in a solid and sweaty workout. For this 20 minute low impact hiit workout you won't need any equipment and there is no jumping or repeats 🙌🏼 If you want to modify this workout you can add jumping and/or equipment to most of the exercises, so choose your own adventure with this at home workout.

    Loved this. Just the right amount of something i needed after a long night. This was short ,fun and energetic. I am really a huge fan of the no repeat format and loved that there was everything combined. Bursts of cardio,upper and lower body and core. Great job as always . Keep the content coming.

    Always a big fan of this channel. Have this workout saved and don't use too much as it is short , but today I have a packed schedule so just ripped this workout quick and it is cardio intense with some good ab circuits . Something is always better than nothing !! 🙏 thanks Dan always !!!

    I love all your workouts anyway.🔝 and especially when everything is included; strength, endurance. Every part of the body is used.💪🏼👏🏼 If you want, you can add light weights, like with the Russsan Twins. 😂

    Pleeeaaaaseee more of these workouts - they are great! Have problems with my knees at the moment (rupture of meniskus) and have to reduce jumping 😞 But your low impact workouts are so intense anyway and I always pimp them up a little bit - so I end up in total sweat and my knees are grateful, too !!! Thanks for this !!! 🙂🤩💦🔥

And anyways - burpees are my most favourite exercise, so I just replace the "low impact burpees" with "chest to floor burpees" - because they are not so painful to my knees, and they help me to get my heartrate up 🔥💣 ... and this combined with your low impact exercises is a perfect and sweaty Workout! 💧😜

      @Double A new age brainwashing? We wouldn't know anything about the universe or the way that it functions without math. Math is beautiful. Without something as simple as numbers there would be no calenders, we would never be able to measure time, you wouldn't know your own birthday! We could never bake our grandmother's recipes, weigh ourselves, we wouldn't have computers, cell phones and even electricity! We wouldn't have competitive sports without scores, we wouldn't have satellites in space and we never would have made it to the moon! This isn't new and this isn't brainwashing. Without math we would all still be running around in a jungle thinking sticks as tools was ingenious.
