    This is because muscle training releases a variety of brain hormones that have a positive impact on mental health. Specifically, dopamine, which is known as the happy substance, serotonin, which is responsible for mental stability and uplifts the mood, and testosterone, which is involved in motivation. Testosterone, for example, has the effect of increasing motivation as well as a competitive spirit. When we take positive action without fear of failure and achieve some kind of success, the hormones in our brain are released, making us want to succeed again and aim higher. As you build up your achievements in this way, you will gain confidence. This confidence will not be easily destroyed and will support you throughout your life. Also, research has shown that muscle training can prevent depression. If you feel weak or depressed easily, please try strength training.

    this channel deserves millions of subscribers, very underrated. I can't thank you enough buddy....this video is proving to be my savior during winters and staying in apartment. trust me amazing workout, 2-3 times a week this workout + strength training 2-3 x week will do wonders.

    Did this workout this morning and even though its low impact,its not low on energy and intensity. Very practical as i live in an apartment and i am sure my neighbours appreciated the quiet. Really had fun with this. Loved that finisher saw even Dan was feeling the burn.

    I've been going through TIFF x Dan's channel for HIIT workouts for a few weeks now. I was in a bit of a lull and decided to do this one after 2 days off at 11 PM to try and get my motivation back up to head back to the gym and do some more weightlifting. This *really* helped. I definitely want to get another sweat in tomorrow and build out my frame. I REALLY appreciate adding HIIT to my rotations. THANKS!

    This workout was perfect for an apartment! No impact, worked up a sweat, and because speed isn't the goal, it allowed me to focus on form and contraction of the muscles for a massive burn. Great workout!

    This is the perfect workout! Challenging, fun, not too long in between movements, not too short, got heart rate up. I’m proud of myself for finishing it! My 6 year old did it with me too😂

    Great job. Normally, I do the full cardio HIIT. However, I am recovering from a minor knee injury. This low-impact workout was exactly what was needed.👍

    What I like about this guy is, his routines are normally so challenging, that even he himself takes pauses and tries again... I connect with his videos much more on human level.... feels different than other videos which the trainer crushes all at 100% and effortlessly, I don't know if I made any sense!!!

    this workout is no joke! it's sweaty, brutal and def killer! really test my limits~ almost gave up after 20 mins and had to pause for longer rest after every exercises.... still enjoy this workout very much and def would love to have more low impact workout!

    i've tried your workouts & they're great - BUT i really HATE the music! I prefer working out while other educational YT videos play in the background. I'd love to try this one, but i skimmed through it and the music is too overwhelming. wish you could release alternate versions of these just with the timer cues.

    Low impact? This one was crazy. 340 calories without finishing every exercise. Please do more low impact workouts! Update: This is still one of your hardest workouts. The finisher is insane. Drenched in sweat although there are no full burpees, jump lunges or jump squats. Fantastic!

    Just one suggestion, if I could provide, in rest time, next exercise should be displayed in full screen, so tha we can catch the movements... On mobile screen currently, it needs lot of concentration if its a new,never did type excercise....

    Wanted to add extra cardio to my routine. I’m to lazy to go walking or running so this was perfect. Didn’t feel the pain at first but it creeped up on me!
