My arms are getting toned and I can feel it! Also I can now do some of the exercises in higher quality than during week 1. It feels great doesn't it :D

Feeling like my body has finally recovered from the first 2 weeks. Woke up feeling good and ready without every muscle in my body aching.
That workout was so hard! I definitely was really tired at about 25-30 mins in. I started with heavier weights and had to switch to lighter weights as the workout went on. I seriously wanted to quit I was so tired, but I was like, I am not a quitter! Push yourself! Glad I did. :)
I struggled with this workout near the end..thank your for the different workouts
I enjoyed the format change - first 3 rounds were focused on a particular muscle group (chest, shoulders, and triceps respectively) and then the last 3 were a combo. I did the chest exercises on the ball (bench/chair would work too) and subbed out the tricep kickbacks for dips. I also enjoyed the new challenge of the fist pumps. My triceps are feeling the burn, as are the rest of my arms! Thanks, Heather! 🦾

24 hours later my chest and shoulders are sooo sore. But feeling stronger because I was able to do push ups on my toes compared to week 1.

Heather, I've been doing your workouts for nearly two years now and I have never been as sore as I am during this program!! THIS IS SO GOOD! This is helping me focus more on strength and increasing my weight whereas I think I was getting complacent before. Wooooooo!
Have you tried her FIERCE series? Those were waaaay harder and more challenging than this 12 week program so far.

Your exercises &ur videos are amazing I am doing with for more than 2years now the only thing I want you to add is to write ur exercises (in order ) as in a list and show it in the beginning of every video for few seconds
I did the Daily 10 pilates workout yesterday for a boost during my rest day and I was amazed I could do the laying tricep press. But, since they came at the end of this killer workout I really struggled with them today. Glad I know I can do them sometimes!

Great! I'm getting back into these workouts after a couple long nasty colds that got me off track. One grammar point, which you might not care about as it is used both ways so much: it should be "lying" if you are lying down, vs. "laying" if you are laying a different object down.

Building lean muscle mass will help to boost my metabolic rate which slows down. Hiit training is the best workout for fat-loss.

I really love the workouts... I have followed the other 12 weeks workout as well... May be an option that you can give the option of the workouts without music... Only the bell... So we can play the music that we like too?
