    I have to say - the breakdown of the sets in this video is my favorite! The 2x2 makes it so much more manageable mentally than no repeats, but still feels like there is lots of variety :)

      Oh my !! I do HR together with Yoga with Adriene, too!,, in between days, I swim for half an hour . hR and YWA are the perfect combo!

    I don't think it is just my imagination but I can do these 40+ minute workout now with so much more ease than a year ago. Not that these workouts are a slam dunk, but I do not have the same mental/physical resistance as I used to and I eagerly wait each day for the next one. Thank you Heather. This is a god-send. After the 12 weeks are over, I shall go back to your HR 12 week 1.0 (which I struggled, struggled and struggled with every day.) I'm sure I can handle 1.0 now.

      That’s my plan too! ♥️ to go back to week 1 once this series is over. I can’t do all the exercises perfectly or for the same length of time but everytime I can tell I get a bit stronger 👍🏼

      1.0 was objectively harder. Lots more of cardio and leg work throughout.

    This was perfection 😊 heart rate up the whole time and really enjoyed it! The 'dead bug' was my favourite move....probably because its been my spirit animal through this programme so far 😂

    Thanks Heather I appreciate you, I used to train with a trainer all she wanted to do is finish on time, doing everything faster. And that put a lot of strain on my knees and I still feel the pain. But when I started on my own with your videos they have helped a lot. Thank you all the way from South Africa💗💗

    SO! Progress mark this week. I am going into year 2 with Heather and finally getting through 2.0 program after re-doing the first one. I always used to shy away from anything over 30 minutes, BUT now I can feel my body needing more and now I am surprised when the workout ends instead of thinking like "omg how much longer"..
    I also used to focus on Heather and being like "omg I need to keep up". But now that I am actually listening to MY body, and focusing on my proper form, I am noticing such an incredible change with myself. I am getting stronger and I'm so so grateful for all the time you put into these programs Heather.

    I couldn’t get through the booty part of the workout, my knees and wrists were giving up it was too much 🥲 I did the second half and 10 min on the treadmill. Still counting it as a win! Day 14 is complete ✅

      Little advice: rear lift, harmstring kick and rainbows can be done with your elbows on the mat (like plank position), it helps sooo much and you don’t lose any intensity when it comes to your glutes work. I trained a lot with Polish fit influencers (I’m from Poland) and most of them show these exercises with your elbows on the mat (like Donkey kicks, etc.) because you can focus on your glutes rather than think about the wrists pain 😊 Try it another time!

    You sit on itn run with it, curse it, shake it, love it, hate it... Maybe you don't think nabout it at all (you lucky devil). However you feel about it, your burn is a key that can unlock your overall health.

    I really do love you and your work out.
    I have been doing your work out for the past few weeks and I love it.
    For the past 2 days I have been using my phone ,so I listen to your music, day 13 one was fine,but today, day 14's music was killing me. Sooooo sad.
    Please can you use more upbeat songs, that makes you shake your body without feeling the pain until after you finished.
    Thank you.
    And do continue the wonderful work.
    Because you have become my personal trainer for life.

    I actually like your workouts best here on CZcams. I think I get good benefit, but the short breaks don't make me feel overwhelmed. It's also totally cool that you offer such series. I really like that I don't have to worry about which workout to do next. The exercises are also great, you make enjoyable workouts and the music fits well. All in all, you're doing a great job and thank you so much for providing something like this :)

    So wanted to tackle this. However, went straight to it once I got back from my follow-up appt with Ortho surgeon (who gave me the ok to get back to it), and the first side leg lift on the bad knee sent me to the moon with pain. So, will try this when swelling goes down a bit more. Thank you, though, Heather!

    Your video's are great and I use the so often!! One comment - your stretches at the end do not seem to target the muscle's that were used in the video. Is that on purpose? Thank you SO SO much for your videos. I really love them.

    For all those comments about using ankle weights - I definitely recommend it! Used them throughout and worked through the rest periods (i.e., 50 secs on). I was sweating at the end. 😁

    I have ankle weights but they are too heavy for my outside, but I can handle inside cause I ride horses. So I need to get some lighter one's for HR, cause her leg exercises are outside and back mostly. I can't believe I am hanging with the group! One day I had to double up and one time I took Saturday off instead of Sunday, but as of today I am right on schedule.

    I love lifting heavy weights, I do, but this was so great. Worked hard and thoroughly enjoyed it.
