I've been at it every day for the last 6 years or more. Everything you said is accurate. I literally went through all of it. I'm not at a point where I'd say I'm pro exactly but I can consistently make a great recording. This did take all of the last 6 or more years to get where I am today, consistently creating every single day. But my secret is that I just did it and had fun. Yes, I wanted great recordings...I knew I would get there eventually so I didn't take it too seriously. I just focused on creating every day and learning something new or refining something that I knew but wasn't great at. Little by little it all started to add up. It was easy for me to keep going because I knew good or bad...whether someone was listening to my music or not I love creating it and would continue to do so regardless of the outcome.

Absolutely. Never forget to have fun and celebrate the small victories. If you keep at it, you will get a better and improve over time!
