Thank you for finally making the Honda 100 cc twin that should have been made after the Yamaha Twinjet 100 came out back in '66. Everyone was expecting a twin 100 but Honda brought out a single instead. Now we know what could have been. Thanks again.
The 360 works better because you have a combined intake, in this configuration there is no overlap between the two cylinders and the carburetor is able to deliver fuel and air better.

great examples of splitting fires for the same volume.. and showing a derivative that is balanced and unequal. More than ingenuity, this video has a lesson.
Some people just have excellent spatial reasoning skills and don't need any fancy CNC machines. I've ground a rod for an 0.010 over bearing by hand with a file and crocus cloth and the car is still going strong 14 years later. I'm definitely impressed by LeDan's work but it is also something I could do myself if I were determined to do so. I've been toying with the idea of making a pushrod boxer twin using aircraft engine cylinders. Would probably use Lycoming O-235 parts for a displacement of 117.5 ci, along with a blower, and put it in a drag bike to go up against Harleys.
This is the guy that can do what I have been thinking of for 25 years. A hydraulic pump that emulate the 3 phase characteristics of electrical power. If there are three pistons at 120 degree in between, it would theoretically be an even flow and pressure of oil. The same way three phase electricity works.
