- In this video we will show you how to make an interesting vehicle that will be very helpful on the farm and around the house.
You might say it was easier to use a lawn tractor and convert it, maybe it was, but we didn't have one and we had a lot of parts we wanted to use.
Parts we used:
- Hydrostatic transmission from a lawn tractor
- The main frame is made of a 70x50x3 mm channel
- The steering gear was found in a scrapyard, unfortunately I don't know what car it came from.
- Briggs & Stratton petrol engine 14 HP
- The seat is from some lawn tractor
- The footrests, sides and crate are made of 1.5 mm stainless steel
- Fuel tank from the gx200 engine
- The air conditioning compressor is probably from a Ford
- Hydraulic pump with a capacity of 10L / min
- Hydraulic cylinder with a height of 200 mm
Specifications are:
Weight approx. 250 kg
Load capacity on the trailer: approx. 400 kg
Power 14 km
Maximum speed 15 km/h
The dimensions of the box are 90 x 96 x 40 cm

cannibalizing the AC compressor to use as a clutch for the hydraulic pump was a stroke of genius, very well done
You're a great fabricator...always a pleasure to watch!
Thanks! 👍
You should start production… AMAZING INGENUITY…!!!!!!!😮❤😮

Nice build
I get you and that there other feller mixed up
A nice build and a useful machine.
Protect this man at all costs, we need him in the coming apocalypse.
Wouldn't it be wiser to seek/know how to avoid being here for what you've rightly said IS coming [tribulation/apocalypse]? Sadly, most reject the truth/answer when they hear it because it's inconvenient to their lifestyle. If people only knew how bad it's going to be [globally] for those who reject the answer: To be right with God; Jesus-by grace thru faith *apart from* human effort: good works, rites, ceremony [Eph 2v8-9; Gal 2v16/3v10/5v4; Rom 3v20]. *"Truth is a stubborn thing"*
"For then *there will be a great tribulation,* such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will" [Matt 24 v21]
"for those who reject the answer" Didn't God say that this would be how it is in the end?😫
Very impressive skills! Wish I had the equipment you have.
Молодец мужик рукастый !
10/10 on the reparability though. There's not a SINGLE inaccessible void, other than the obvious hydraulic oil tank.
True Professional and I couldn't stop watching this magician from start to finish and I hope he is self employed because he is too good to waste on someone else
Молодец. Хорошая машина получилась.
EXCELLENT idea with the AC compressor clutch. Keep it on the same belt, flip a switch and you have PTO. Love it.
That’s a slick little contraption you have there.
It's always a pleasure watching a master fabricator build stuff.
i'm here since you only had an angle grinder and a stick welder, impressive how far you have come.
thanks for being our viewer for so many years!
Top notch fabrication skills. Especially the re use of the AC compressor. Very ingenious.
Awesome job and a good job on the paint too I like the color cool dump truck so I take it you're a machinist by trade because you look like you know what you're doing awesome video hope to see more of your builds
I enjoy watching and guessing what you may do makes it fun. Excellent work
Absolutely brilliant - well thought out and skillfully executed
Outstanding job and design.
Dude you are amazing
Great work from a busy man. Thanks.
*GREAT JOB! GOOD LUCK TO ALL* 😎
It's very interesting. I can't believe this thing😄 walks with such power, relying on a belt
Well done great idea.
Хорошая работа!
Idealny sprzęcik w gospodarstwie, piękna maszyna. Pozdrowionka
Retrofitting an old AC clutch to your hydraulic pump was really done!
I love that work excellent excellent work thanks for sharing your video look forward to the next one and I love your welding
That's a excellent built. Something I could definitely use.
Very talented indeed. It amazes me how you seem to be building this project as if you were simply painting by numbers 1234567 and so on. The detail steps in each phase of the build are truly inspired by a higher power, you are blessed.
μπράβο σου φίλε πολύ ωραία κατασκευή χρειάζεται σε κάθε είδους δουλειά σου εύχομαι ότι καλύτερο ευχαριστώ για το βιντεάκι 😊😊😊😊
These hydrostatic transmission need larger oil capacity a external filter.
For heavy work.
Many failed here in mountain lawn mowers.
Axels can't carry much weight also.
Excellent channel 👍
My grandparents from Poland Lithuania.
I agree even on relatively flat land any transaxle smaller than a Tuff torque k66 just won't last on slopes... Also most transaxles under 1inch axle shaft cannot hold much weight... Best bet is to use transaxle as a transmission with a separate load bearing axle with hubs chain driven from transaxle shafts with a 1.5:1 or 2:1 chain ratio driving the rear wheels
It doesn't help that the box stores spec 30w motor oil in the TTs (my homedepot cub's manual states 30w). TT specs 50w in their service manuals. Built in failures. Only buy the mowers from the dealers. They are made in the same factory but built to different specs for the different distributors. You want a JD, go to JD for it, not the box stores.
I can only use mine for about 1 hour and then must have a long "cool down" wait for the hot - or else - change out the hot fluid with fresh cold fluid.
@@2Truth4Liberty yup I replace the K44/46/48 and smaller with the k66 as a standard procedure for all my lawn equipment once it starts slipping and I avoid the k51... Those k7x are looking pretty beefy though just hard to find for a decent price the k66 is easily rebuild able and much more durable and can be found with differential lockers all the way back to the early simplicity conquest tractors (one version with it is the 1694014 conquest) just rebuilt mine after 600hrs of hard use still operated just fine... just had the case apart already as it took 1 too many dunks in the mud and had a bad input seal from 6ft tall field grass wrapping up on the input shaft
@@2Truth4Liberty I would put a cooler on oil somehow .
Very poor design on these .
I own operate heavy equipment machines and all have coolers .
Howdie from Canada 🇨🇦 Sk thinking about how you built this awesome workmanship for what ya do and build thank you for sharing with us this is worth watching ya got this something that can be used and easy to make don't have to be a rocket scientist to be able to do this later mighty fine 😊
Heck yeah! I'd definitely watch more!
Great build... you could go bigger in size and make an industrial version of this... SO cool !
good builder very talented keep going we love this stuff
Hello everyone have a nice day this is the amazing video
Cool new addition to the work toys. Thankyou for sharing with us. 😀
This might be my favorite build of yours yet! Such a practical and useful creation. Always a big treat when you post a new video!
Pracowite i zdolne to chłopczysko z Podkarpacia , a propos najbardziej podoba mi się ta piła do cięcia , chyba sobie taką kupię do krajania mojej swojskiej suszonej kiełbasy 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Time well spent. There can't be much to go wrong with this either and anything that does can be fixed easily enough.
Excellent skills, very useful vehicle. Good job!
O Stary, jesteś genialny! Z chęcią bym u Ciebie pobierał nauki i pracował.
Love the build 👍, this looks like the projects on those small tractor forums where owners will add a backhoe or front end loader to their garden tractors.
Quel travail. Bravo c’est vraiment super. Merci pour cette vidéo.
Great work my master you are awesome engineer thanks for the sharing this video sir 👍 😊❤😊❤❤
Very nice build and video, thanks.
Jak zwykle kawał dobrej roboty 💪
Podziękował 👍😁
Another mechanical masterpiece .
Love all your projects, especially your vehicles!! I learned a lot from watching your projects. This one is amazing, thanks for sharing with us!!! How about showing us how to make a 4WD vehicle 😎🙏
Love what y'all are doing over there Lil Texas. Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing we've got an ally like y'all in Eastern Europe. You're pretty much the only country in Europe that actually learned a very important lesson from WW2. But i really wish everyone that welds on video would actually use something to block out the arc from being recorded. Man it just kills me every time it happens. Recorded or in person, it will always do damage to your eyes.
Dafuq you say? Watching someone weld on video doesn't damage the eyes......it may damage recording equipment , but our light emitting diodes WILL NOT damage our eyes.....you probably believe the lies trump tells too
Хорошо получилось! Ты настоящий мастер!
The thing I like the most about your channel is the advanced thinking you constantly put forward. While the rest of the planet is busy destroying itself, you are busy engineering and making positive contributions. I hope you last forever!
VERY NICE WORK MAN!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice smal dump truck . Great job . 👍👍👏
That's awesome homemade utility vehicle
Silnik z połowy Malucha ;)
Też tak umiesz, ty połowa mózgu ?
Very impressive!
Yet another masterpiece of engineering. You always make something that is not clear from the beginning, but as the build grows, everything comes together as one perfect example of what can be done with a little forethought and some considerable skill. Thanks for teaching us what can be done, Much appreciated video, helps add to inspire ideas for the future. From UK.
Thanks, just great! 👍💪✌
Really nice work
Really good you are talented.
Impressive! Very impressive! Such skill in fabrication.
That's a very cool yard tractor! I especially like the box and hydraulics tilt.
Amazing talent he have and shareing his idea to everyone how we can make it such . Impossible thing to possible. 🥰🥰🥰
Amazing machine and craftsmanship!
Молодец, Всё аккуратно.
Taczka zmotoryzowana
Great job!
Love the longer formats. If i want to skip a section... Tap tap + 10 seconds. Buuut. If I want to watch the whole thing now i can!
Sweet, great execusion. I've been thinking of building something similar for a while just not made it to the top of the list.
Mad skills, reminds me of myself but 30 years younger! I would love to see the build of his pneumonia vice.
czcams.com/video/7BANZRdqFvU/video.htmlsi=L8emraDRUBfsrrDM 😉
You and your genius have single handedly made me take back all the pollock jokes I ever made. Dangit lol.
jak zwykle, rozdupcony system. Brawo!
you mate are one talented guy, Top Class
Simply badass!!
Well done.
Awesome build great skills
NICE JOB...................
Very nice. I probably would have put a longer exhaust on it as well.
My friend, you are a Beast!! Belt is too long, no problem he fabs a tensioner. You have amazing skills.
The design might not be up to scratch, but your skills are👋👋 amazing. Thanks for this journey.👍👍
As always....well made clever design,👍
Outstanding job 👍
This is a good video. It would be a Great video if you mentioned what the individual parts were from as they were introduced.
Good work 👏👏👏😉✌️🇨🇿🚜🍀🍀🍀
Браво Маэстро !!!
Looks and runs great. I would add a few link of chain to the side panels of bed and a hook in the bottom corners of end gate so you can hook the chains to keep the dump gate from fully opening this would allow you to dump a consistent amout of gravel dirt or wood chips for spreading it as you dumped
I really enjoyed this. Excellent fab skills.
Już wiem jak zrobić wspomaganie w traktorku dzięki wielkie 🤠
It turned out to be a good dump truck!👍🙂 It can be slightly improved for transporting light but bulky cargo (firewood, hay), and an addition to the sides made of mesh with reinforcements. The additional weight will be small.
That guy can build EVERYTHING
I noticed the vanguard engine, is it a fuel injected unit? This build looks like you have been designing and building these for years. A great all purpose and useful vehicle. 🚜🚜 The A/C clutch repurpose was spectacular. Great job Sir
AWESOME build.....great vid of an fabricator you are...MOPAR 4 EVER.
Beautifully crafted, sir. I have thoroughly enjoyed the videos of yours that I have watched and just now subscribed. Thank you for making them. I'm starting to collect parts to build a stump grinder and wondered if you have any tips on building a cutting head for one.
If you were a small landscaper, that does custom walkways and ornate flower walls, i could envision this hauling sand to the tight areas plus a modular body system where as you could detach the dump bed and mount a small mixer or do a slide in mixer to make small mortar batches. This is ingenious.
سلام خسته نباشید عالیی مرسی که هستین ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Paul from Fabs Rat hasn't got anything on this fabricator. Nice Work 👍
that is bad ass great job man!
