Mizong Quan & Qingping jian, Master Lu Jun Hai Cangzhou Wushu shi entry

Cangzhou Wushu Zhi (Record of Cangzhou Masters) is a book which each province in China would have had which lists the famous martial arts masters born in that province.
Here is the entry for Mizong quan (Yanqing quan) Master Lu Jun Hai.

I would love to see some of the "Mizong Quan" form, also called "Mizong Quan" performed, this is the long form with all of the ditang quan movements in it etc.

Our Mizong Quan form is indeed fairly long, although our version doesn't include any ditang quan, (a shame because I enjoy ditang quan). We don't have any videos of the form that I'm allowed to show at the moment, although at some point I may be able to share some snippets of a modern practitioner performing it.
