Ingredients:
1 lb Shrimp clean and cut into small pieces
2 cups cabbage finely chopped
2 carrots Peeled and cut into tiny strips
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup chopped green onions
90g vermicelli noodles
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion finely diced
1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
1 cup plain flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Panko bread crumbs about 2 cups
Ingrédients:
1 lb de crevettes propres et coupées en petits morceaux
2 tasses de chou haché finement
2 carottes pelées et coupées en lanières
1/4 à 1/2 cuillère à café d'huile de sésame
1 tasse d'oignons verts hachés
90g de vermicelles
2 gousses d'ail émincées
1 petit oignon coupé en petits dés
1 cuillère à café de sauce soja noire
1 tasse de farine nature
3 cuillères à soupe de fécule de maïs
Sel et poivre au goût
Chapelure panko environ 2 tasses

Hi Laila, I tried these, omiting the shrimps etc to make them vegetarian, and they turned out really nice! Thank you very very much for uploading these, being far, it really helps to have videos showcasing Mauritian food! I now want to make them beforehand and freeze them to use in a couple of days. How long will they stay good? What do you suggest?
