Genereally it's fish head and seasoning in water
But you can just stick a stock cube in boiling water
They still are fine 😉

Yes
Mono sodium glutamate causes cancer, it plays havoc on the brain too. It is an enhancer & makes everything taste 100% yummy but very detrimental to your health. So be careful .

You can replace it with daikon radish or any firm/watery vegetable. ( However I've not tested these)
