Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of ground chicken
1/2 bread (100g) soak in water for 2 minutes
1/2 teaspoon crushed dry chillies
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
80 grams of chopped coriander
50 grams of chopped mint
1 small onion finely diced
3 eggs
300 grams of bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Preparation
In a large bowl add ground chicken, all the Spices, chopped coriander, chopped mint, diced onion and squeeze the water from the bread and add to the chicken mix until combined. Heat oil in a pan on medium. Add some salt and pepper to the egg and beat well. Foam the catless into round shape dip in the egg then breadcrumbs and fry for 4 minutes or until golden brown .

Hi Laila, you have a very good recipe there, have you tried after being crumbed before frying dip them in the egg again and fry, the texture is great. Please let me know when you've tried it.

you can but when you defrost don't fry again because they will absorb extra oil and taste dry so you can warm in the oven or tawa/pan

Yes you can but then you have to replace it with bread crumbs
