- Re-Run of the 3rd AUGUST 2023 , when Met police came to my door to theeaten me to take a youtube video - of London City Airport down or else .

Based on this incident , theyve taken me to court saying its grossly obscene . i pled guilty tp producing the video but the avtual charge is CAUSING IT TO BE SENT. While i may be guilty of thAt , ive since seen case las DPP v BUSETTI - where a youtuber made comments about the victims of Grenfell Tower ....& was CLEARED on appeal on thw basis it didnt reach the threshold . In that case, my case wouldnt either so i requested a change of okea. Theyve refused so i go back next month for sentancing pending pre sentance reports , pleading not guilty but not FOUND guilty but still getting sentanced . It holds up to 6 month prison & an UNLIMITED fine ! Its a travesty

THIS video is the basis of your MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES and grounds for appeal for which the 2 Judges SHOULD HAVE allowed a change of plea because THIS (non-intentional " alarm or distress " the armed cops were talking about) is what you THOUGHT you were pleading guilty to ... NOT the Communications Act crap that they switched to out of VEXATIOUSNESS and ambushed you with later on.
So the 2 dirty judges wouldn't accept the application to withdraw your plea ... BUT ... if all else fails, make sure the court convened for sentencing knows of these facts and the fact that you were NOT properly informed of the fact that the " alarm & distress " ( for which you took the video down and re-edited it) suddenly switched to " sending or causing to be sent material of a ' grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character ' " which you CATEGORICALLY DO NOT ACCEPT.
You were NOT adequately informed by ANYONE, including the woefully inadequate " advisor " who was assigned to you IN LIEU of a real solicitor !

and they read out my entire details in a public place but im 8th class citizen (ive been counting) so its 'allowed' / ignored even by the courts & the police bosses
@EAAudits they hate you because you refuse to be bullied. People think its just the police but the court system is as corrupt as it gets. Good luck bud because they ignore the actual law and just abuse everyone they think can't fight back.

Because theyre causing me significant mental health stress & applying pressure many are terming ILLEGAL. Because i get beaten sh1tless & have over £2500 of equipment broken , & they do nothing aside me posting a pic of a hippo & have to go to London SEVEN TIMES for court & probation dates , then face jail & unlimited fines & have armed police at the door threatening me and....well the list goes on . And because im not religious or a hypocrite so i dont celebrate christmas in fact i hate it (i got loads more reasons u know! what dya want , ya money back?
@@EAAUDITS well of course they're armed, nobody was 'armed, grow a pair mate have this exact attitude with those people, don't be scared of em, and relax with the people who want to help you. Remove yourself from the bad situations, go about doing that however you can. Give yourself a chance at being happy and DO NOT LET THINGS GET ON TOP OF YOU. Find your happy place, everyone has one. I love smoking a lovely blunt! Don't cut off people that are genuinely trying to help you. Get away from your situation. Spend time with someone else if you think it will help, you shouldn't be alone all the time. There are still good people out there. You can just reset things a little, give yourself some breathing room. Get a hold of your mental health, reign it in. You are in control. Do it mate. Just get a fresh outlook, there is still beauty in life. You can get a new thirst. I want to go back to France on the ferry, the white cliffs of Dover look amazing as you're sailing away on a dull, cloudy and windy morning as it starts to get light. Very panoramic. The ferry made me sea sick, that was a weird feeling! Disorientating, but I'll never forget it. It's just getting light now, I'm very nocturnal. Love the early hours. Remember channel 4 late zone in the early hours? The best TV there ever was. I used to love Bad Trip. Remember that? Keep producing fresh material, it will keep your mind active, set yourself some goals. Don't go out auditing with things on your mind. Learn to wipe it all off, swipe them to one side. Just try it, a temporary moment where the fire inside you lights again and you can continue your quest unhindered. Make small changes. Look after yourself mate! There are plenty of good people wanting you to do well, try to be positive.
