    ----
Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field since 2015. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

It is interesting that practicing such flow movements while being grounded can enhance Force production through the fist because it becomes more natural that you don't have to think about what your core is doing what your hips are doing or even what your feet are doing

People interested in fitness and training normally come to the videos for watching new exercises or movements, but I can affirm that there´s nothing more enriching for improving your knowledge than listening this kind of podcast between 2 experts talking properly about the issue.

Hi guys I want to drop something here in regard of the topics explained. First thing I want to thank you for the contents provided and your capability of analysing and discussing them. Second thing I want to say is that there is a better way and a much faster way to condense muscular tension than weight lifting and that takes a fraction of the time the a weight lifting session takes and that actually benefits joints and tendons and it's called overcoming isometrics and it was known even by Bruce Lee himself and from the great Samson Alexander Zass. If you want to be exerting maximal force, that neural muscolar proficiency is unmatched by any other method. It takes 10-15 minutes of a day and you can do anything you want after that.

This one resonated with me strongly. After 2-3 years of battling with injuries from powerlifting and strongman, I have swithced to Animal movement/ Mace training and just very light weights and I feel incredible!
It was NOT EASY to change my dogmatic approach and avoid what had worked so far. Thanks for your content, its been so valuable for me

28:00 - I've experienced this as well. I deloaded my weights a few months ago and started incorporating pauses as well a slow tempo to my lifts.
I was inspired by another youtuber "Alpha Destiny" who mentioned that as a bodybuilder, he was trying to maximize the stimulus to his muscles using the minimal amount of weight by focusing on the mind-muscle connection and feeling the contraction of each individual muscle during his movements.
Despite deloading my weight by ~30%, I have NOT lost any muscle size. I train BJJ and I notice I still have comparable strength when rolling. I'm slowly trying to increase the weights back to my previous numbers while maintaining my improved form and continuing to incorporate pauses. However the focus is to maintain the improved mind-muscle connection rather than simply adding weights to the bar.

Eddie Hall pulled 500kg before he retired. It was many years ago, and he was the first to do it, in competition. He seems to like the boxing but he's always gonna be WSM
