I have a question regarding the app. It seems like the program does not involve any endurance training, should i just add an extra day of cardio into a 6 days program?

I'd like an explanation on the 12-17 rep range, because its inconsistent with longstanding advice. 1-5 makes sense. But neglecting everything between 6-11 is surprising.
If we were going to do your suggested 5 day split, where would we incorporate aerobic and anaerobic endurance exercises?

So, Dane - as a coach - when do you say “awe, fuk it” with the guys throwing their hips. Obviously, shotputters need to throw their hips and powerlifters need to keep them braced. I’d say with football players “it depends” on the workout. For this one, as a coach, I would have forced Jven to keep his hips down since this workout has a tempo/bodybuilding component & the Jerks are the explosive. Love the template! And good luck to both Jven and Joey
I’d say a lineman should throw hips more than some other positions
@@Rookie197no one should throw their hips on the bench. Tons of other full body push exercises are available

What days in a 5 day split would you do speed work. Specifically for football (I play running back)
He does have some videos in his Library regarding speed and increasing that sort of power production with things like drums power jerks block jerks Etc. Go into his playlist library

Behind the neck ? Why do most physiotherapy professionals tell you not to do this ? The body isn't built for this by all accounts, but included in this program ? Just what the professionals say, so must be something in it........????
if u have the shoulder mobility its fine(stand with tour back against the was and put your arms at a 90 degree angles and if ur back stays on the wall then u are good)
