- Changing the spark plugs on a vehicle is one of the staples of basic car maintenance. Modern iridium plugs can last up to 100,000 miles, so the frequency of changing them is far less, but just as vital.
A bad spark plug can lead to serious and even catastrophic engine failure. Thankfully, it’s an easy job that only requires a few tools. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
As a single mom that has worked on cars for 8 years, woth this piece of shit Acadia for 2, i just wanted to let you know I appreciate this video. You are incredibly insightful, helpful and wonderful. Thank you!😊
Also "sorry for the noise" around 23:40 something and it's literally just peaceful birds chirping 😂
Thanks you’ve been a blessing to us all. Very concise and informative. God Bless You ❤
It would be helpfull to list the part numbers in the description for both the gasket kit and the plugs. Thanks for the information found it quite useful.
Great video. Well done, very thorough.
Why would GM require you to take off the manifold for a simple job as park plugs is asinine to say the least. Messing with big parts that require touching gaskets is looking for trouble. 😔
It’s actually pretty common on most newer vehicles from multiple manufacturers. Nothing is simple anymore.
Heck look up how to check the fuses on a newer Audi. THAT is a headache!
I have the same year. You do not need to take the intake off to change plugs. Be nice or you know what you're talking about.
So I just watched a couple videos and they all removed the intake are you able to reach around and use multiple extensions, flex joints etc. ?
I’m looking at mine and honestly think the plugs can be replaced without taking off the manifold. Seriously.

I have the exact same car and year, what’s the part numbers for gasket and sparks please?
