i get the point, that is why i do only 1 compound movement like barbell row with reasonable weight so that my lower back also becomes strong, while do other isometric exercises as well
Your back and posture has improved?
posture was never bad but back is definitely getting stronger, but not sure how much my t bar row is helping out@@nadim1172

I totally agree with you that people forget about the gravitational force range of motion should be against gravity to contract muscles so 45 degree pe ho ya 90 degree ye exercise ke better alternatives hain
