    Sir need mike menzers video asap. I have tried workout like mike , minimal warmup and maximum failure 1 set and i geel better may be plecibo effect i dont know 😅.

    Sir I have started gym 6 weeks ago age 17 and did proper workout diet rest and whey and creatine supplementation I gained around 5 kgs which is not possible to gain in terms of pure muscle but sir also I am not seeing any noticeable fat gain nor my face, waist arms etc and also vascularity is more or less same of arms what could be possible considering I had good shoulder to waist , decent arms without lifting

    Exactly body positions change according to weight , an individual with experience can avoid tension on bones and and joints and maximise affect on his or her muscle thats why theres no wrong exercise it depends on body type , the middle path is exactly the part where u can grow the most ( no exercise is wrong or one should avoid ) if this were the case the most unusual movement is performed by labours in the workforce by the logic of few new entrants they should have been perished by now . However thats not the case on the contrary we see the individual working on field jobs performing most unusual movement according to their body comfort and living a healthy lifestyle

    No matter what, Heavy weight pe train krna hi hoga.
    Overload negatives for better results.
    However sir ki baat sahi hai.
    Atleast natural potential tak pauchne k baad yeh krna chahiye.
    Before that, it not useful as it will only harm the body.

    Sir mujhe weight lifting such as dumbbell press ya curll krte time left hand mai jyada strength feel hota hai comparison to right, kbhi kbhi to right se lift bhi nhi hota but left se easily ho jata hai
