      Face pull krna problem nahi hai. External rotation ke sath face pull karna problem hai and if you disagree at any point, share your reasons. Ye nahi chalega ki mai kafi time se kar raha hu to sbko karna chahiye.

    Just to prove your point u are throwing random information.
    1. Athlean x is also a physical therapist so the last part of your video is completely bogus. For forward posture a physical therapist is not going to assign stretching of chest strengthening of back, it majorly includes chin tuck in traps stretching and other exercises.
    2. For kyphosis which is clinical condition of a person definitely stretching of chest and strengthening of is going to help.
    3. Yesss posture is result of habit, if a muscle is kept in shortened position for long time and the antagonist is in a stretched position for long time both are going to loose their strength so it is necessary to stretch pecs an strengthen back (rhomboid specifically) but just to prove a point you took specific parts of information and presented your case.
    3. Let's talk about your criticism of external rotation with face pulls. U said it is going to irritate bicep tendon but didn't mention conditions when will it happen. External rotation with abduction is completely open pack position for shoulder capsule so it is going to create space for tendon to move freely, problem will arrise if the pectorals are tight which are going to pull the humerus into internal rotation (which is going to happen in round shoulder conditions).
    4. Its funny ki tumne ye toh mention kr diya ki external rotation krne pe bicep tendon irritate hoga but jb internal rotation k sath horizontal abduction kroge toh supraspinatus tendon irritate hoga vo kyu nahi btaya. And supraspinatus tendonitis is much more common than bicep tendonitis. Bt again bss apna point prove krne k liye ise hta diya or baki bol diya.
    5. Face pull with external rotation is not an exercise for hypertrophy, ye postural correction ki exercise hai, it is not meant to be done with heavy weight, ye external rotators, rear delt, rhomboids, lower traps sbko target krti h (when done correctly) or ye sb muscles are key for a good looking upright posture. But nahi firse kuch points utha k apni baat sahi krni h
    6. Osteophytes. Like seriously bro, aise e bn jayege osteophytes facepull krne se mtlb clinical factor kya h us stage tk aane k vo kuch ni hai, jiske acromioclavicular pe osteophytes develop ho jaye itna pain me rahega ki koi bhi exercise nahi kr payega or tumne aise e bol diya. Kitne saare factors combine hoge tb jaakr kahi osteophytes bnege us location me or tumne ye bol diya ki face pull krne se ho jayega. Or osteophytes vale patients ko ek physical therapist aise e kuch bhi krwane lg jayega bine use check kre diagnose kr, mtlb kuch toh soch bhai bolne se pehle...
    Or bhi bohot saari baate bol skta hu yaha bt koi faida nahi h, u don't look like a person who is going to listen, nya gyaan or garam khoon hamesha zada e ubalta h, try studying more about it, i wish u best for ur future in this field. But before calling someone names try kro samjhne ki samne vale k trk kya h, u can learn a lot more from a person like jeff agr sunne or seekhne ki iccha ho toh.
