    Nice vide bro, same thing have been explained in our scriptures regarding yoga, -'Shtira Sukham Asanam', means the posture is one that you can hold for longer period of time without any force/exertion, with feeling of bliss. But many people these days try to do it by force which is wrong.

    Just did my x-rays. Found out that I have retroverted hips,type 3 acromions and low infrasternal angle/subcostal angle. The orthopaedician said "No more behind the neck exercises,close stance squats and bench press from today"....... Joining Zumba classes from tomorrow, cuz emptied all my bank balance analysing my body structure with x-rays and mri's and paying my doctor's consultation fees..     Hi Kashish... Does it have side effects on guts.... I m thinking to add creatine in my diet... I m going through l4- l5 and l5 - l6 disc bulge mild injury.... Does creatine helps in healing process.... I am doing gym 3 times a week.... Thanks
