    I don't think a lot of people appreciate just how much effort and work goes into the filming of this. It's one thing to do a job, and it's another to do the entire job in a professional, timely manner while getting footage from several cameras, then managing to make it seem seamless after hours and hours of editing. Kudos to their team.

    • @gregscott4479
      @gregscott4479 Před rokem +8

      Bruh, how hard is it for you to take on one more task of holding something? It's really not that big of deal, the editing is where the hours come in of sitting and watching footage(hopefully it's categorized efficiently) but to film is easy... There are teams in place and not really anyone taking on much more than what they're already asked to.

    Just catching up on a few weeks of missed MORR videos. We had a good blast of Winter weather blow through the Southern Ontario region last night (just what everyone wanted for a Friday night commute, lol!). I stopped & helped a few people out of ditches & drifts on my way home, and after seeing Tom's front wheel work in the first half of this video, vs some of the front wheel direction on that GC at the end, really reinforces that there are a great deal of people that have no connection to where their steering wheel is, to where their wheels are pointed (or were pointed before). I tried telling this one guy many times, to keeps his wheels pointed towards the ditch (just like Matt has taught so many of us) so when i pull him back, his front will drive up onto the road. Nope, he kept turning them towards the road, driving him farther into the deep ditch full of snow. Oh well, it just made the view in front of me that more entertaining to watch, LOL!
    Thanks to Matt & the MORR crew, for helping to educate those of us who thought we knew enough about recovering vehicles - enough to be dangerous sometimes. Personally, i'd have never considered modern, aluminum, suspension components as a recovery point - even for something as soft as a snowy ditch recovery.
