Actually the first nurses were prisoners and prostitutes so saying they were more educated isn’t necessarily true. Women didn’t work back then if you were considered high class, so women who did were “low class” and I don’t believe they were even paid at first.

I knew a nurse that spent her shifts mostly just gossiping with other nurses and doing the bare minimum work. She was skinny and bleached blonde and wore a lot of make up and married a wealthy man and basically carried herself like she thought she was still a high school mean girl. One day she gave an elderly patient 5.0mg of morphine instead of 0.5mg and the patient passed away. I liked the patient a lot so I asked the nurse if she had heard anything about what was going to come of it. I expected at least a flash of guilt on her face, but she just shrugged and said, "I'm not really worried. I have insurance if they sue me." ... I was soooo sad that she didn't care about the patient dying. Nothing came of it, btw. The family was just like, "Oh, well. It's okay. She was old." WHAT?!?!

News doesn't travel that fast so by the time shes there they might be hearing about it
It's not suspicious. Some of her kills were years between and she worked with sick individuals. Usually elderly.

No Thanks Even today, it would not be suspicious that a nurse with many elderly, ill patients would have many die. Plus, infectious illnesses and food poisoning were much more prevalent, so it wasn’t as unusual when multiple family members died, as it would be today (or pre-COVID).
Same girl! Nothing fits me any more but i came from a very abusive relationship and finally got away and i meet a really great man as i was trying to raise my 1 yr old son. When i was in that bad relationship i was 95 pounds but i was not allowed to eat but mushrooms and *gross* but then i meet my husband and now im 150 pounds and i cant fit nothing but im so happy and i never thought i would have got tho what i did and im actually proud of my self ... 🥰😇💯😋

When I was pregnant I used wrap hair ties around my pant loops to make them stretchy and bigger.....well......here we are again, minus child.
@Queen Quizia take a hair tie, put it through the hole where the button of your pants normaly goes, wrap it around the button. This way its more stretchy without having to button your pants. I did it in my first weeks of pregnancy too and some pants lasted for a long time this way. I hope my ecplanation is clear otherwise maybe you can find images on google

There's a lot of editing so she's probably referring to her notes to stay on track, but yes she keeps it interesting while minimal imagery related to the case so it's still very impressive.
