Bring Sally Up pull-up Challenge (very hard version)

- I did this challenge some years ago and got many comments about that I didn't stop in the top. So here is a new version with longer stops in the top. If you to it the whole song it's 30 pull-ups. I rested one arm hanging but my goal is to to it with both arms. Give it a try!

Huge respect! Been a skinny dude all my life, 41 tomorrow, and dropped weights doing body weight si gle leg squats, push ups and pull ups, and feel AMAZING! Feel more athletic and nimble that when did just weights. This was some huge strength! My Max in a row is 3 perfect form and I do 3 for multiple sets lol

There are a lot of professionals saying women have less muscle and bone density. That might be true, but that doesn't mean that the available muscle mass cannot be trained. Most fitness programs for women don't include pull ups because it's never been required until the last year. A flexed arm hang was sufficient, but now women are being attached to front line units as signallers, medics,dog handlers etc; the arm hang test isn't enough.

It's not as challenging, because you rest at Sally Down. Do this: change the order (up is down and down is up) and stay up (Sally down) with your arms at 90° angle. That would be as hard a challenge as the pushup version. Greetings.
