- If you are in Tokyo I highly recommend to try it. It's located at Tsukiji Fish Market. He opens about 11 am.
As I understand the batter was made from corn/potato starch and water. The taste mainly come from shrimp, he also have same thing with octopus. Watch this video, I made biggest chip in the world Japanese street food and see how it is done.
