Easy Lasagna for Garfield

- I like my lasagna with stewed meat vs ground beef
Broil bell peppers, onion, and garlic with some bone-in meat for 10-13 minutes. Then add them to the pressure cooker, add carrots, 2 cans of san Marzano tomatoes, beef broth, salt, oregano, and fresh thyme with rosemary. Cook for 1 hour.
Grate Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
Bechamel
Toast 1/3 cup flour until brown, add 1/2 butter stick, then add milk, cook on medium for 6-8 min. Add salt, nutmeg, and a handful of mozzarella
Assemble as shown on video. And bake for about 40 min under foil and 10-15 minutes without. At 400F.

I'll be honest here. It's because he mostly uses things we all have at home.
He made that kickass lasagna with ingredients that are easy to find AND simple appliances (blender, oven and pressure cooker... even though his pressure cooker is fancy)
So it actually makes us feel like we can make it.

Lasagna is kinda just one of those foods where you accidentally put too much on your spoon/fork but you don’t really care about it until you take a bite and realise there is no possible way you’re gonna handle this much in one go but you end up completing the mouthful and you repeat this exact mistake over and over until it’s finished which makes the whole experience less enjoyable but it doesn’t matter because it’s so good.
