What is the Starkey Genesis? Will it be good for me? Is it available in the Android or Apple phones? Which model works with which portion of the App? How do I use the app? What do all the screens do? What about Fall Alert that will help my family know I have fallen in the bathroom? Can I track where my hearing aids were LOST (no one else will know...that is secure)? What about Crowded vs personal listening situations? Can I adjust my hearing aids and Geotag for that location?

Is it possible to mute the announcement when programs are changed? If I want to change to the restraurant program I don't want everyone at my table to know.

Go to SETTINGS, NOTIFICATIONS, and find the app...then turn off the notifications in the app. Now, for Restaurant Program WORDING, you have to ask the Audiologist to turn DOWN the volume of the words RESTAURANT so no one hears it, OR turn it off.
