Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that I'll be at the Texas Truck Show on June 24-25, 2023. If you're interested in joining, you can register for free through this link texastruckingshow.com/register. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Hey woman truck driver here. I’ve been driving since I was 21 I’m 26 now. I’ve learned throughout my trucking experience that’s just the way the game is. I’ve been wronged by my own team, which took me some time to process. Some of us that know we are consistent we don’t F around we get the job done in a timely and safe manner are simply underpaid. Two people in my life have given me valuable information. Once you’ve given your all to a company there will be a point where you realize you have outgrown it and it’s time to move on. it’s just business. You just have to make a conscious decision in asking yourself am I going to stay where I’m comfortable or am I going to continue to move forward and bet on myself because the only thing you can be sure of is yourself. Take your time out there. Meditate. Keep moving forward. Your doing great 💙
( A message to all drivers, drive with Pride professionalism is what’s missing on the road. remember, no matter how fast you drive the GPS arrival time will not change. Be kind to each other we’re all just trying to get our job done. 💙 )
That is amazing quote. What a mind changer.
GPS time does change
Word from the wise - I drove for a company in 2005 that was stealing money from my pay. My friend told me to contact Department of Labor and file a complaint. Long story short - I got back all the money that was stolen from me. You should do the same. Trucking can wear you out in the beginning, but consider this as part of learning.
The disrespect should never happen. That aside, here's the rule I've lived by in sales for 25+ years: "If it's not in writing, it does not exist." Personally, I think you should take your skills, experience and solid work ethic to a company that will value you. And there ARE plenty of other companies out there that would benefit from hiring you Becca! Go get 'em :-)!
big credit to the trucking woman out there putting in the work. Especially being younger. Refuse what this world has tried turning us into and despite all that we still choose to go after the dream and drive our dreams into reality.
Hey Becca, if your not getting satisfaction with your final paycheck issues…Delgado Logistics is in Rockwell county which has a small claims limit up to $20k. Filing a Claim against them for wages, chargebacks etc is pretty simple and much can be done online, low cost and adjudicated quickly by the county court.
Great advice! There may be punitive damages or treble damages too when you short people on compensation. So maybe read about consumer law protections in Texas.
Sad that they tried to gaslight Becca while “making up non-existent fees or reductions” to reduce compensation (that she earned). Too bad they can’t tell the truth and explain rates are down and they have to try and cut expenses, to stay in business.
Becca will do fine! She’s got the skilz…
Also. Not sure. But I believe..The John's Trucking Company out of Ohio is also connected...Whose wife has a CZcams channel ..Pinay Trucker Girl...Don't back down... Expose them.. Nothing personal but business...🤨. You have our support...👊
That look your dog gave about sharing the water was priceless.
Be safe fellow driver.
Time stamp??

Hi Becca, I was never a truck driver, but happened to watch you while checking you tube out. And let me say, you are truly the daughter i wish i had. You are truly a smart and a hard worker. Your dad and Mom raised a wonderful Daughter. You stay strong and wish you the best kiddo.God Bless You ! If only the youth of today could see you in action they would learn what it is to be a All American !
bruh ive never seen any of your videos but it made me happy that you stood up for yourself even tho quitting is a scary change in your life but im postitive youll bounce back super quick. I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!
Becca you'll be fine. With your attitude you'll be a success wherever you go. Life's too short to be unhappy. This life isn't a rehearsal. You don't get a do over at the end if you've wasted your life doing something you don't enjoy.
Good luck I really enjoy your videos
Did you get that from a fortune cookie lol
YES, MICH.
I did back breaking work at my Job with the local government. ( Sidewalk replacement & blacktop repairs, crack sealing) But was too far in my Retirement system to change jobs. So Stuck with it to get early out. Those jobs are a young person type job. I bought the Backhoe I ❤ to operate back in 1979. It is a 190 Dynahoe. Bucyrus Erie got out of building them in the mid 1980s. I also bought a 1971 SeaGrave Fire Engine 🚒 both are Restoration project for my Retirement. I remember ( Mike Stoker) the only real FF from show Emergency. Even though it's not a CROWN. I just ❤ the SeaGrave look for time period growing up. So in Retirement I can use my personal Backhoe for whatever I do dirt wise. Don't have some EGO tripping Supervisor hounding me. The SeaGrave ( this might sound corny) I think of myself as Mike Stoker driving her. Its a 5 speed with power plant and old Detroit Diesel 8V-71
My Dynahoe has a Detroit Diesel 353. I ❤ having kids get in the cab of SeaGrave at a public event. The Mayor of the town grew up in ❤ my Engine. I led a kiddy Parade with her. Sorry for the long winded but my point is, I ❤ doing this in Retirement.
If you stay in Dallas; try Averitt. They pay empty or loaded, drop and hook mostly. Automatics and APU's. The best part is every weekend off; and if you get home on a Saturday they let you off till Tuesday (your option). The company shuts all 175 terminals on weekends. They let you have a home life for family and friends.
I dream with a company like that in Florida. 😂
I've always hesitated to recruit drivers because every driver has different needs and desires, but I can honestly say Crete is a good company to work with, they are a stable company that does not mess with your money, in the grand scheme of things dry vans are generally the least physical labor and have more opportunities to drop n hook than reefers. Crete was good enough for me to stay for 30 years, for many reasons, just saying ...
Love watching your videos becca I’m also an OTR driver and I completely understand you! I pray everything works out with whoever you drive for next ! Stay up driva!!! 🙏🏽
Some people are like a cloudy day. When the clouds leave, the day is beautiful again.
Your confidance at being so open and showing it like it is makes your videos a step above all the other trucking channels, keep your trucking vids comming if you can and best of luck with wherever you end up 👍
Hilo dear I lake you wahtas your cantrey nam
U like them nasty
I think there are not many women like you that have your special skills so it’s pretty sad that company doesn’t get that! If you’re not happy, you did exactly what you had to do for YOU. I’m sure you’ll find a company who will appreciate what you have to give them. Best of luck! 😊 We are rooting for you!
I know you will thrive and be happy where ever you go... you are so motivating and inspiring. I know everything will work out in best favor for you.
I was in the same thing, so i quit and now the job I am at is just great love working there. You did the right thing and I wish you well
Keep at it. For the first about 6-7 years of my trucking career I drove for something like 7-8 companies (including owing my own truck and leasing it for a while) until I found the right company for me, and I stayed there for over 31 years. I know that sounds impossible in the trucking industry, but that is what worked for me. I was very happy driving there (except, of course, for all the ice and snow I had do drive through) and they treated me well and paid me well. Good luck. Good drivers are hard to find these days!
Never mind about good drivers being hard to find these days, how about good companies are hard to find these days?
The time you were in it, it was different. Now, it sucks.
I’m not making enough money and I’ve been driving for 11 years. I wish I did something else but it’s hard to find an occupation that pays when you’ve only done one thing most of your life
Trucking companies aren't the same as when you were there. No company is keeping anyone for 31 years now.
Did you find out hard to find another job? Having so many different jobs in so little time. Kinda what I'm going through right now. Just need something that fits me and no bull.
Hi Bec sorry to hear your story, I'm sure you will be much better of in the long run. Very proud of the way that you are getting out of a toxic situation . As being the victim of bullying myself I know you have made the right decision. Stay strong and don't let people walk all over you in life. keep on trucking.
Cheers Michael
Adults should never allow themselves to be bellied grow a pair.
Hey Beca . Way to go for sticking to your guns . Do Not let no one push around. I have been driving for 31 years . Your are a Awesome driver and have my utmost respect for all that you do . The U.S. are in need of 1 million drivers for todays industry transportation needs . So you will find what you want and need to fit you. William. I am now retired. If I can help in any way just reach out to me and I'll be glad to help. God bless . ☕️
First video I've watched, I'm a machine operator coming from a family of trucks. They will always need us more. Stick to your heart. Proud of you 👏
Becca, you got treated badly. You are a hardworking driver who should be valued for your experience, skills, dedication and great attitude. I admire you for standing up for yourself. I can’t wait to hear that a company who treats you right offers you what you deserve. Take care of yourself and your fur babies.
We're proud of you, Becca! You know your value, and your worth and you picked to put yourself #1. Best to you, you are doing the right thing, can't wait to see what you do!
Wish you the best of luck your strong will and a great worker
Good for you, brighter days are ahead 👍🏼
I've Been retired from trucking for Eighteen years. The industry was transitioning from Paper logs to Elogs when I retired. I drove Dry Van mostly some flatbed lumber. I admire the way you maintain such a positive attitude and plan your work and work your plan with all the crap from shippers recievers dispatchers Dot and the motoring public. You are definitely earning every Penny. I'm a newsubscriber. Thanks for sharing
I respect it! I'm a strong proponent of leave your job if you're frustrated with the situation. Much more opportunities out there and no reason to be miserable in life. Keep on Trucking!
It is good to see you stand up to this employer !! They tried to not paying for this load . Hopefully word gets out about Delgado!!
Prayers up ,Becca &Doggies! Many Blessings ! You’ve got a good head on ur shoulders ,& u have a great support system 🤍🕯️🙏🏼 love youuu!!
Good Luck Becca! I wish you the best of luck on your new endeavor! Hoping the next company will appreciate you!
Totally agree. I worked 7 years as a manager, and I was stuck in a small office upstairs alone, it drove me nuts. It broke me, but we learn to just move with it and take what we want not what we need. I am my own boss, even if I'm not as active as before but at least I don't feel like someones pawn, in their game. All the best
Way to go Big Rig Becca. That company just lost one of their best drivers and the next company you go to will have the best. God bless you and keep up the great work. Prayers to you
Good luck Becca!! Wherever you go I will still be here to watch!! You are an extremely hard worker and any employer would be lucky to have you!!
You do you for sure. Good job standing up for yourself. Go get it girl!!!
Good for you. You seem like a very good driver & loyal & that's hard to find.
You got the skills, any company will be lucky to have you! Equal parts nervous and excited for you, change is scary AF, but you got this. Thank you for being brave, and for inspiring me to make a long coming job change too. See you on the road and give those good pupper boys some love!
No these company's won't be appreciative to have a trucker with exceptional skills! I pulled my truck off the road for 2 months in 2023. My intent was to sale the truck and apply for local or regional Company Driver employment.
A few things I found out were-
1. Most Companies lie by posting local/regional jobs only to lure you into a OTR position.
2. Most day cab local jobs require the driver to drive and unload freight.
3. Last and important is, when I would post that I had dispatched, check broker credit using factoring agent apps, negotiated freight rates, submitted bol info for detention and or layover pay and other administrative duties along with 17 years otr/ regional experience and a perfect dot safety record, they hated that and would go into undermining mode to render my total skills insignificant. Out of 20+ big Companies I applied with, 18 were hating my additional skills to the max!
Best of luck Becca! Looking forward to your next video with your new company. You are an amazing young lady and you will do great wherever you choose to go!
You're an amazing little precious lady, and may you continue to be blessed.
Always continue self love Becca...new chapters are SO EXCITING !! God bless your new endeavor whatever it may be 🎉
Good for you! These companies are a dime a dozen, and good truck drivers are harder and harder to come by. Hope everything works out for you and stay safe!!
Best wishes, Becca. Whichever company is fortunate enough to gain your service will not be disappointed. 🎉
My hats off to ya. I've been driving for over 25yrs. 7.5 yrs OTR flatbedding. Its a hard life and either you love it or hate it. Drive safe, dont feed the bears and God bless ya
Hey Becca and hello from all the way over here in New Zealand. i just happened to stumble across your channel and 5 minutes into this video I could tell you weren't happy being there your voice gave you away so you did the right thing by walking away from that company. Keep your head held high beautiful lady you are amazing ❤ Kia Kaha . Maori for Stay Strong
What perfect traveling companions....I loved when the doggie poked his head out when you woke up, getting ready to leave.
You’re experienced and a good at what you do. Any carrier worth their weight would be thrilled to have you. Best of luck!
That's right stand up for what's right. The rest of us drivers is thankful for people like you. Southbound TruckDriver 🇺🇸
You have a good work ethic, you will have no problem getting hired. This is from a person who done 7 startups and took 2 of those companies public on the Nasdaq. I wish you much success. From OC, California.
Becca you will be fine.I’m impressed with what you’ve done so far.Getting your CDL is the easy bit, finding a job and company you like takes a bit longer so enjoy the process and learn from your your mistakes. It’s all part of the learning curve.
Prayers as you start a new journey. You & the pups work hard. Stay strong. Hope your family will still have jobs somewhere too. Our world is in trouble. Truckers deserve to be treated better.
Thanks for the prayers, Joan. Prayers for you too!
Damn I understand the feeling...every truck I've ever left I've felt the same way. It's like losing a best friend...lots of memories together...
It’s always easy to make a decision in your head but to make it happen is super hard and I’m proud of you 👍
Take it from a recent retiree. Don't stay at a job you are not happy at. I am sure you love your job, just not certain aspects of it. Move forward, look to the future. You have a lot of experience, a hard worker, dedicated to getting those loads delivered on time and in good condition! You cannot control your boss, broker, etc.. You can manage , control, envision your future. As Nike says...Just do it and don't look back. Best of luck and hope to see future videos Bec!
Bless you Becca, You deserve so much better and so much more respect. Luv you, Keep your sunny side up!!
Your absolutely correct young lady you gotta be happy with your job n certainly respected. Best wishes...
Great vlog! Best of wishes toward your future endeavors!
Becca’ I’m so proud of you for having the courage to step out of your comfort zone. Change can be difficult at times. You absolutely did the right thing.
I feel positive good things are coming your way.
You are a strong trustworthy young lady who doesn’t mind hard work.
Good for you Becca, your hardworking and good at what you do, and that need to be valued in your pay frfr!! 🙏🏽😎 #OneLuv
You are an inspiration. Enjoyed the content. Wish you well.
I just came across her channel, I’m trucking too. She will be da first female I subscribed too. She cool people. I need to step out da box. This a great trucker volg and I watch a lot, I like picking up different information from all trucks.
Best of luck to you Becca! Remember, you were building that guy’s dream. You need to build your own dream. More often than not, a company has a lot of dead bodies in its wake to success, don’t allow them to suck the life out of you. I love your positive attitude and yes, you’ll be fine. Be sure to post vids even if you’re not behind the wheel. Peace!
Becaaaaaaa! I'm glad to see you upload again. You're my inspiration i love the attitude you have to thrive. I can hear your pain but sadly things happen for the better. You're a hard working woman that any other company would take in a heartbeat. You didn't deserve to be treated unfairly especially how good of a trucker you are. You and the doggies are set for something more rewarding. You got this girl! Needless to say because of me watching your videos im inspired May 25th i test out CDL school im so ready... See you soon on the road. Much love from California 💜🚛
Good luck on your CDL test. This industry needs more women on the road..
😅Very nice, do you need help?
😅Very nice, do you need help
Prayers to you on your next journey fellow trucker🙏🏽🌴🤙🏽
I don’t blame you for leaving. I bet there’s way better opportunities out there. Good luck 🎉
Nothing really is worth sacrificing your happiness and peace for. You have such a light inside of you. Keep your head high and you’ll do amazing. Let’s keep pushing. Peace and love to you and your Doggos 🎉
Good for you! I admire your courage. And hopefully we'll be hearing about your adventures with a new company very soon. Best of luck!

Love your optimism, and positive vibes! You will do great in your next adventure for sure, because you’re a persistent, hard worker !! 😎🤘🏽
Hello 👋fan congratulations you've been selected among this week winners contact me on telegram for your package 🎁🎉☝️☝️
I know it's difficult but you don't need to put up with poor treatment either especially when drivers are desperately needed!! Keep your head up and be proud that you stood up for yourself!!! Looking forward to seeing your new beginnings!!
There not desperately needed that’s propaganda from trucking companies to fool people to get into trucking .
@Classace so they are needed? Why would they fool people to get into the industry if they didn't need them?
@@TheWildPikey so they can feel the newer workers, I’m not a trucker but I’ve been around them since a baby a lot had changed, the reason why the prices are so low is bc the new drivers are taking them thinking that’s it’s alot of money when it’s not at all
@@TheWildPikey Because that's the way organizations work now. If you have plenty of applications you can screw over your employees. I am a retired teacher but the area I'm in is one of the more desirable jobs in the state so the teachers, and other school employees, are treated like crap because they can. And since we are a "right to work" state there isn't much folks can do about it. When I was young even large companies mostly treated their employees with some respect and appreciation. That's gone and I don't see it coming back any time soon.
@@TheWildPikeyThe market is saturated, I’m a trucker & there will never be such thing as a trucker shortage. We have too many mandates & No broker transparency
Quiting at times can be a salvation.
Lots of us of been there.
Happy trails!
Good luck too ya. Hope everything works out. With your experience & knowledge it shouldn't be to hard,to find a new job.
Becca you will do absolutely fine, you need to do what is best for you and your life style, and make the money that you deserve, you are such an amazing flat bedder and always wanted to be like you. Got into trucking and now driving with a flatbed! You are such an idol for a lot of people that watch CZcams, so please do what you want and achieve them goals :) keep on trucking Becca!
Best of Luck Becca! This is Delgado's loss you will excell at your new job I will stay with this channel where it takes us
Best of luck! Your best friends are those two lovely doggies of yours!
First time visiting your vlog. Very cool and interesting. Stay safe out there. Gilcortez from Grand Prairie Texas ❤
Good for you sticking up for yourself. Your amazing flatbed talent can be used elsewhere were you are treated as family. I look forward to seeing your update on where you end up going too. Don’t go into the dark to long on us fans. We all love you and wish you the very best on your next move.
Good luck Becca! I'm sure you'll make it work where ever you end up.
Been there, done it. Scary at the time but you are soooooo young. Onwards and upwards young one ❤
Babe Becca love, keep your head up/ you has much faith.I respect what you do, you'll very strong willed/ I'm wanting to drive one day,so I pray for you to fine tha company who will respect you for being an hard worker,so drive with God be blessed and careful out there ok.
Good for you becca I was a trucker for 25 years here in the uk was treated like 💩 nothing has changed in all those years you do a tough job & you are great at it best of luck with what comes next keep us updated ❤to you & the pups 🐶
Hey Becca! I wish you the absolute best in whatever or actually whoever you decide to work for. I totally agree with you...Respect is a 2-way street. I've just found you and started watching your videos but It's obvious to me at least that you were a good employee, you did your part and you should have been paid what you are worth. Again, Good luck to you!
Keep your head and heart up lady! You will be fine! Love your work ethic!
Good on you for making the decision to leave and following through with it. When you’ve had enough, you’ve had enough, even the money becomes irrelevant at that point. Take care.
I've been the owner of a company for 11 years now. Whatever my drivers make quarterly, I ask for 7% of that, 3/4 of that money quarterly goes to the federal government, and the rest goes to the family of the company. Please be safe and when you get back on your feet. I hope you make your videos again. I will miss you and your dogs. Hope to see you out here, soon. Love ya', Becca.
Uncle Sam takes SEVENTY-FIVE percent of your money???!!! OMG!!! WTF is this, Spain??!! That's ridiculous!!
You need to get a better accountant if you are paying 75% in tax . 😢
@@sarahann530 LOL! Great advice, Bro!
Becca, you deserve to be happy. There’s no doubt that you will be. And I look forward to your future videos.
I’m sorry things didn’t work out the way you originally planned, but I totally understand that that’s the way things work out @ times, &, I truly believe that you are absolutely right, both in your decision to quit the bad place to work, & move on ahead to bigger and better things in your life! May God Bless you in all your efforts, & keep you safe! Sincerely, Ken.
Hello Becca how are you out there ..please keep safe by your self in DRIVING..🙏
got laid off by my toxic job 3 weeks ago and a week after got an aerospace job making 3x's more and its been amazing. Always brighter on the other side! Cant wait to see where you end up at.
Becca we all here have seen what you do and how good your are at it. No doubt you will find success and happiness elsewhere.
Yeah that’s crazy. My truck ain’t moving unless I got a load. That’s why I love being in control as a O/O. You got to let them know upfront. You need to find more load boards to get on. Fr that’s ridiculous
Definitely much respect for standing up for yourself and not taking shit from the broker even though he is owner and fam friend. Them brokers now days are shady and greedy as it gets! More drivers need to stand up to them brokers and stop letting them take advantage of us. I wish more drivers would have showed up May 1 to DC but alot of us can't afford to take the time off or are too far away which is understandable. We all need to stick together against the brokers and the shady owners. Without us drivers they're nothing but paper handlers.
Just found you on here so i subbed and hope to keep watching future content. Good luck out there
hey Becca been following along for a while. I agree with you 100% on not staying with an employer that doesn't respect you. I hope you remain optimistic. Also if you want to, it would be worth consulting with an attorney that specializes in work related issues. Just a thought.
You'll be fine on your new journey tho. I hope the new company you go with respects and treats you properly. Keep the updates coming! Keep ya head up 🙌🏽💯
At 13:53 I got a glimpse of the Chinese tattoo on your arm: "永不放棄“ (Never give up). May you never give up, Becca! I actually just got hired to drive for Melton as a flatbed driver as well so I intend to learn a lot from all your previous videos.
Good luck on your new adventure
Thank You for all the Great videos…
I'm not sure if this will tie to the video but thank you for the advice. This really touched home with quitting your job. Inspired me immensely and I just want to say thank you.
Becca don't worry u are lovely person and u have the right work ethic please don't stop making ur videos cause ill miss zeke he is such the main man x
Good stuff lady. Proud of you
Good Luck, Becca, you deserve better and to be happier with a BETTER company. I look forward to seeing you and your cute doggies soon. Be safe, it will work out.
