Hey Becca, If your abs light doesn’t come on when you cycle the key but does come on when you press the brakes it’s going to be a problem on the tractor. Check your abs/auxiliary fuse , and if that’s good it might be your pigtail.

Next time either disconnect trailer air line or pull your trailer valve so they air inflation system will stop trying to air it up. I'm proud of you even though you go thru alot of crud. You're not alone Becca.

Easy to check trailer ABS system Becca.
Turn the key on, ABS light should come on and then go off. Then with key on and engine off push brake pedal light should come on.
If those 2 things happen your ABS system is good!

Anyone familiar with travel stores / truck stops might notice that loves has the old TA policy (perhaps unwritten) to tell all checking it at shop it'll be 3 hours at least before we can get to you.

Becca, often that ABS will reset if you unplug your trailer pigtail and just let it hang 10 minute or so. Plug it back in you be good to go. I know that’s frustrating what you went thru..keep up the good work.

Girl you went from a bad area to a worse one, lol. My best loads outta the Denver area were insulation panels at a couple places. Good luck, booking your own loads has a learning curve of where to go and where ask for a really high rate cause you’ll be deadheading far to get another decent load
Thank you for your videos, it’s great to see what a trucker actually goes through on a daily basis because if you want to get a cdl a you can have an idea of what may occur. Unfortunately cdl training is expensive I can’t believe people actually pay $5-10k, at least that is what is listed when I have completed a search. I’ve seen jobs list cdl training, but you have to commit 1-2 years with that specific company, which doesn’t sound appealing especially since you don’t know what shifts you will have what pay or if you like that company.

Close the lever that keeps the air flowing through the tires. There's a small box on the back where the tire axle is or on the side and close it.
