Dude, I love you. I'm a 50 year old woman, in great shape because I follow/do your workouts. If I can keep up with you, imagine the power younger people can bring to these workouts. This is the best stuff for health imaginable. If anyone under 50, in any condition at all is reading this, just get in there and follow along, it's ok to modify to keep in the game. From a size 40 Jeans to a size 34 Jeans & gunning for size 32. It feels great to have an awesome workout session, burn calories, & shred fat during & after the workout. I just cut out a lot of sweets, crisp, chocolates, sodas, etc & incorporated your workouts, and boom, losing fat & weight.

Thanks for this workout video. I strongly recommend to change the title that is a big lie to the audience today. We are around 500 calories, but definitely not 1000 :)

Seriously. After 22 minutes and 40% done, I had only burned 91 calories. I wouldn't call this intense and I certainly wouldn't call it hit. Where is the high intensity or even the cardio? I barely got into my fat burning zone and I was pushing myself as hard as I could during each of his exercises. I just felt like I did 20 minutes of a warm up and now I'm ready for an actual workout. Had to stop so I could actually get a good workout in this morning doing something else. I mean Oliver, you look like you're in good shape and are sweating and working hard, but I didn't get that at all. Maybe you just accidentally added an extra zero on the end of the 1000 calories?
@@MrKillersnake1233 strongly agree I think there is a big mistake there.
It's all about your fitness level. If you are more fit then it will be less difficult for you to do the exercises and therefore you will burn fewer calories

Absolutely, this was a deadly workout. I've not HIIT workout for a long time, but I can finish. I'm not burning 1000 calories but, for the first time, I can burn 423 calories at home.
