    I build my body with just push ups .. diamond..regular..decline ... never go to the gym ... very effective .. even though it takes a long time .. almost 1 year ... and I don't take supplements .. only practice a healthy diet .. boiled eggs are my main food ... the important thing is patience ...hard working... if you can be patient ... success is yours... Trust me..😃

    Hindu pushups are best bro for chest, arms, shoulders, traps, back, core, gluts, legs, spine but for that you have to perform them on foot with extended legs not on knees nice video bro 😇👍✨
