I build my body with just push ups .. diamond..regular..decline ... never go to the gym ... very effective .. even though it takes a long time .. almost 1 year ... and I don't take supplements .. only practice a healthy diet .. boiled eggs are my main food ... the important thing is patience ...hard working... if you can be patient ... success is yours...
