  • What do Skin Tags really mean? Of course, there is a small genetic component to having skin tags. But, are skin tags really a warning Red Flag that something is wrong with your metabolism on the inside? Yes, they are, and this video will explain to you what skin tags really mean.
Your body does not want you to have Metabolic Syndrome, pre-Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes. And when you start developing these worrisome conditions, your body starts to send out distress signals, and skin tags are one of those. This video explains what skin tags really mean, and I have other videos explaining how to correct your metabolic problem before even worse things start to happen inside your body. If you have many skin tags, it is not too late to learn from these videos, and begin correcting the hidden problem.

I’ve had skin tags for years, I started keto, eat 4 to 6 eggs a day, have salt instead of sugar in my coffee, eat bacon and cook that in butter, ever since I’ve changed my diet, I’ve gotten healthier. Here are the changes:
    1. I no longer have plaque build up in my gums.
    2. Skin tags around my neck, gone completely.
    3. My leg veins have disappeared, this is a biggie for me.
    4. Lost weight so much that my self esteem has jumped through the roof.
3 years and I’m younger now than I was 5 years ago!
Edit July 2024: I’m still doing keto, it’s a way of life for me. Healthy as I’ve ever been. Had a medical checkup. Blood tests scans. My doctor examined me and his words.....”All blood good!” “All scan good”. “Whatever you are doing, keep doing”.

you could literally have done all that without removing carbs.. you lose weight by eating less, period. I stay lean and eat pasta all day every day. It's more realistic to think that all of your problems were SIMPLY from being obese, not what you ate. Also you can't have a strong cardiovascular system and heart without pushing your body physically, regardless of your diet. When you're 80 you'll still need a walker to get around because you didn't prepare your body for it. The average person eats a lot of carbs, when is the last time you went in public and saw everyone covered in skin tags? Asians especially eat TONS of carbs, I'm married to one, they stay skinny like I do. Not because of genetics, the ones who overeat are obese and have a food addiction, like most Americans do.

Life/stress happened and I fell back into the high carb, high sugar SAD, gained 50# over the past year and my skin tags came back. For me, skin tags are definitely diet related. Did a kitchen purge today, went grocery shopping, and jumping back into the keto/low carb/grain free WOE tomorrow. I can't wait to get rid of the extra pounds, the insulin resistance, the skin tags, the horrible sugar cravings, the migraines, the horrible heartburn. Here's to a better me!

So glad to hear this doctor always gets at the source and not just treats symptoms. So sick of the medical community always treating the symptoms. By the time patient has been loaded with meds for years and later finds out the patient had some detrimental disease that could have been treated. For instance, my relative treated for Alzheimer's for 2+ years. Yes they had taken cat scans of head but dismissed the results and never reported .....because remember the docs office will call you if something is wrong on images. So no news is good news right? NOT! 2+ years later found out he had hydrocephalus of brain and brain damage was already done, irreversible, could no longer speak or walk. A shunt and proper care could have given him a long healthy life. But long terrible suffering and pain is what happened. So please be your own advocate, always get your images and records and maintain your own health files and take them to another doc for another opinion before its too late..

I went to check my skin tag in my eye lid and blow me out, it is gone! I’ve been skipping meals and reducing carbs for the past 3-4months, for the purpose of losing weight (to which I did lose 10kg!), now randomly bumped into this video and happily found about the annoying skin tags. Great stuff!

  • @no1dyfan

I did keto for 18 months to lose weight for my daughters wedding. All my skin tags around my neck disappeared. That was the only place I had skin tags. Unfortunately when the nasty recent viral disease came to the UK I was working on reception at a health centre, I thought well I could be dead next week (being over 60 I may not get put on a ventilator as they were favouring younger patients at the time due to shortages of ventilators) so I may as well have a donut or two! I eventually gained back most of the 126lbs I had lost doing keto. I noticed skin tags around my neck again very quickly. 2 yrs on I’ve been eating keto again for a couple of months and I have just one skin tag left that’s almost gone. Now after listening to Dr Berry I’m changing to ketovore with the plan to go on to try 90 days of carnivore in a few weeks, after I’ve got through the veg in the house. Thank you Dr Berry for all the information packed videos you have made.

He does not like that idea at all, so we decided to try this. His doc is a big pharma pusher. Thanks Dr. Berry and Neisha for all you share. Appreciated! Skin tags “ran in my family.” I saw them on my great grandmother, my grandmother, my aunts, and my older sister. All eventually diagnosed with T2 diabetes. When I started getting them I never associated it with diabetes. First came symptoms of “hypoglycemia,” the. T2 diagnoses. One of my doctors mentioned metabolic syndrome. There wasn’t the same access to information back then. I have been mostly keto now for about 3 years. NO more skin tags. The old ones disappeared. No new ones.

    • @michellepernula872

We eat improperly, and not on the pyramid. You lose weight eating lots of the correct foods....not less. You consume less, then you set your body in motion to hoard everything you eat into a 'fat' storage for later, as you're operating in feast famine. Also you body is driven into ketosis, where it synthesizes your own muscle needed to consume fats to function properly, then wonder why you are gaining fat weight. We consume too much of the WRONG things and not enough of the CORRECT foods.

With it being that big just take it slow if she will let u do that for her/ then again the arteries may be pretty big as well and so maybe just dragging her into a doctor to remove it would be safest incase the doc has an intense moment due to blood flow which his office would be the best location just in case.
